One stop, two wins!! My husband and I both found stuff we “had” to have.
Great outdoor decor options, garden and pest control supplies. Clothes! Everything you could ever need for home improvement. A nice choice of pet items as well. Truly has it all! Well stocked! Impressive layout! Great service!

Richard was incredible. He was patient and helpful and we were able to get shelves cut to fit our cabinet. Can’t say enough about him. The folks working at the contractor desk were also friendly knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you Browns!

Browns is awesome! They are fully stocked and the customer service is exceptional. I have a DIY project where we are putting in some T&G. Richard was so helpful and patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted and how much I needed. He really made the experience so much fun and relaxing!

Browne's is my go to store for home projects for 2 reasons: Excellent products and customer service. I recently purchased the wrong kind of material for a retaining wall and brought it back to return it. Not only did RICHARD zip out to the yard to help me check the materials back in, he offered to help me unload my vehicle, but not in that "I'm a man and you, (a female) need my help" way. He was genuinely kind and not a wit of negativity. He was just happy to be of service. And my cashier, LISA, was similarly understanding and kind. It means a lot in a world where people can be very judgmental. When I go to Browne's I feel welcomed and at home, and THAT keeps me coming back!

Browne's has the best customer service with their employee Richard. Went into Browne's to look for a 2 amp fuse for my tankless water heater. Richard was right there to assist me and took interest in what I need the fuse for. He gave me advice about back tracking the electric system and some troubleshooting on the water heater. Went home and tried the advice that was given from Richard and flipped the switch and it worked. You have a very valued employee.

I rarely have good experiences at brownes. Especially in the lumber yard. But today a lovely and joyful man named Richard came to my assistance and went above and beyond to help me. I am glad to know theres someone there to rely on!
