Wonderful experience shopping here. We were able to walk in and browse with no pressure, however, help was right there if we needed.
Found the perfect couch for our budget, their inventory of couches was varied in price and all of good quality. They delivered on the early side of their delivery window and set it all up for me in less than 10 minutes. Delivery does cost a bit extra, but it is nominal and the delivery driver calls 30 minutes before delivery. Which is awesome.
We were super impressed with the inventory here and will be back for a bedroom set in the future.
Can't recommend this place enough. So happy to have found them!

I have dealt with a few furniture companies and they all charged shipping fees and made it a huge hassle trying to get exchanges or refunds. Brother’s Furniture was amazing! They have in home financing without getting a credit card. They ship items for free. We ordered some desks and ended up not wanting them, the owner helped get those items returned and we exchanged it for other things we actually wanted. Overall great small business. I would recommend them to anyone in the Bay Area.

My name is Gwen Thomas and I want to say that I love this store. The furniture is very nice with reasonably prices and quality furniture! I bought a lift chair 3 years ago and my remote control went out. Dean, the owner of the store ordered me another one at a very reasonable price! Brother's Furniture has been a mainstay for us since we moved to the bay area 20 years ago - since the Redwood City locations. We find their furniture to be very reliable and consistently half the cost of what you'd pay in a department store. Also, if you're not into the scandanavian style, it's full of ornate, decorative pieces as well as solid basics. I'm sitting here with my feet on a living room rug we bought for $99 12 years ago - it still has "lift" when you step on it. They deliver and haul away for a fee if you need it.

The salesman was in a rush mode, which makes you feel that you have to decide fast enough to buy it or not? I felt sort of intimidated and rushed that i fell into a trap .Unhappy with the rushed decision I made , I called the next day to cancel the transaction, he insisted to charge for stocking fee, wherein the delivery will be 4 days more.Talking on the phone to cancel, he would try to end the call as soonest as he can, so rushed. As much as i want to visit the store again, I would hesitate if customers will always get the same treatment.
