This is so much more than an auto parts store. Karl saved my vacation! While heading to Twin Lakes for a week of camping in our RV, I had the unfortunate experience of my alternator not charging. I limped into Bridgeport on less than 12 volts. Karl promptly checked my charging system to determine that the alternator had indeed failed. Although he didn't have the necessary part in stock, he arranged for next day delivery of the alternator. Additionally, he graciously allowed me to stay overnight in his parking lot in my RV until the alternator arrived. Upon arrival, Karl installed the alternator and we were on our way. I can't say enough about the fine level of service I received at this establishment. Five stars is not enough!! Thank you Karl!

My radiator blew due to the radiator cap not bleeding off the excess pressure to the overflow tank. I had no chance to catch it, as my temperature sensor failed and I had no idea the engine was overheating. I stopped here, got a new cap, and got the sensor and radiator ordered for next day delivery. I even got a deal on the radiator. What a gentleman.

Unfortunately the battery light came on during our drive to an adventure. Called first to check inventory and Josie who answered the phone was friendly and informative.

Came in to make a few purchases. Needed a flex head wrench & a socket set which they carried. Well stocked for your needs for fixing your car.

Josie was such a sweetheart.Didn’t even need a new battery after all that. She checked the life of it first before purchasing.

This place is so much more than an auto parts store. They’ve got RV necessities, bike parts, tools, maps, camp chairs and a metal ammo box. You never know what you’ll find. Also as a woman walking into an auto parts store I felt absolutely respected.

Inventory isn't very large given remote location. They didn't have the small block Chevy starter I needed on hand but had it for me the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Ann was absolutely delightful so so pleasant and helpful they do you have a small inventory but we were standing in the high Sierras and she did everything she could to make sure that we had our parts as soon as possible amazing NAPA auto parts store
