This is not a great machine. I’ve sent over 2 videos with the juicer not working in less than a year. Now I have to pay almost 30 bucks in shipping and they want an additional picture showing I CUT the wire so they know I didn’t give it away or resold it. This is unacceptable of how much to process a warranty for a defective product. It was a gift I gave to someone and now it cost more to just cover the warranty. Customer service is not the greatest.

I purchased the Bentwood KT-2150BK Iced Tea and Coffee Maker with 64 Ounce Pitcher, Black via Amazon on 12/27 with delivery on 12/29. The product stopped working within 6 weeks. Customer service is less than helpful. The warranty department requested vidoe of the machine not working. I have sent 3, via email and through apps suggested by them. Now i have a 50 dollar decoration sitting on my kichen counter.

I recently bought the single cup coffee maker that comes with a coffee mug in the box. Item number TS - 111BK. I absolutely love it! It’s short, so it fits under the cabinets on the counter. It’s very easy to use. I highly recommend it. I have you several others in the past years and this is my favorite.

The product service is non-existent. I have contacted them three times with a simply question about their coffee maker and am still waiting for a response. The instructions are inadequate as my simple question could easily have been addressed with more thorough instructions. The product is priced very low, I would recommend spending a little more and buying a higher quality product with better support. I expect I will be replacing this machine soon as I am pretty sure it will not last very long. On the bright side, it does make a decent cup of coffee.
