I called Marc to look at my gas fireplace. I always expect to get bad news and a big bill. Not with Marc, he looked at the fireplace reset the thermocouple change the jet from N gas to LP cleaned up the inside and put it back together. Marc serviced our Empire vented propane stove which we were concerned was sooting. He dismantled the stove, removed the soot, and found the reason for the problem and corrected it. He had not installed the stove, unfortunately! So happy to have such a knowledgeable and efficient repairman recommended to us , and will definitely use again!

He called us back the same day, and came out within a day and fixed our dryer for a reasonable price, allowing us to avoid an expensive full replacement.
