This place is a life saver. After lowes had screwed up an order I was in a real bind to get a washing machine. I was in and out got exactly what I wanted, and it was in my home the next day. The whole thing took about 10 min and was actually cheaper than lowes.

Great experience! Our clothes dryer gave up the ghost this morning. My wife and I agreed that I should try Brackin Appliances, instead of the Big Box Store that we normally would have. What a great shopping trip. The salesman answered all my questions, their inventory was very impressive, and the prices surprised be (I thought they would be much higher). My last question would be what I imagined was the long pole in the tent; when can it be delivered? As visions of laundrymats and line drying danced in my head, he said "tomorrow between 10:30 and 11:30". I was ready with a pleading story and was left with a jaw hanging open! For any and all of your appliance needs, I strongly recommend Brackin. They have an extensive inventory, a delivery system that I thought was forever history, affordable pricing, and if that isn't enough, they are BIG supporters of the SOS Animal Shelter! Purchased all of my kitchen appliances from Brackins. Our home builder allowed us to pick out different appliances than he had planned on installing in the house. The sales staff helped us choose and even printed out a rebate form for us to send in so we could save a little more since we went over the builder allowance. Everything went smoothly except for our refrigerator exchange. However, I can say that the way we were treated during this process was wonderful. We were all ready to buy a counter depth fridge to avoid the problems of getting it inside the house but the manager assured us that the fridge we wanted would fit and it did! We love all of the appliances we purchased and how we were treated. I wholeheartedly recommend Brackins in Enterprise to anyone needing appliances.

Great customer service from start to finish. Price matched a fridge that Home Depot had for less. Delivered it the next day and sent a great crew to do so. I will be buying my appliances from Brackin for the rest of my life!

Bought what they said was a new dryer over 1000.00, came with scratches and dents. Does not dry in one cycle and moisture builds up on the screen after each load, also charged me for a gas dryer and learned this due to having someone out to look at it, and showing them our receipt. purchase was made about 3 months ago

Purchased KitchenAid appliances, the dishwasher had issues day one. After 5 trips by the tech, I demand I need a new dishwasher. I’m told I need to contact KitchenAid for that issue and when the manager didn’t like my comment he hung up the phone.

Purchased new downdraft range . This establishment was the only one in a 400 mile radius that had one in stock. Employees were very pleasant and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for new appliances
