A year ago we bought a Maytag top loading machine from a man named Mark at Bousquet's. We were extremely unhappy with the machine due to a gridning noise, unbalancing and being as loud as an airhorn being blown over and over again for the whole wash cycle. He had two technicians come out to tell me I wasn't loading the machine correctly. I have been washing clothes in a machine for 40 years and have never needed guidance to succeed. The third time I called about the same issues... unbalancing and being WAY too loud Mark told me I should schedule service with Maytag. He also told me I could have returned the washing machine IF it had been within the 9 month return/exchange window. I was off by 2 months. He SHOULD have told me this the first two times I called (VERY EXASPERATED I might add) about the faulty machine. I have been forced to buy a new machine from Home Depot. The Bosquet machine will go to the basement to be an expensive dust collector and you bet I won't shop at this store again!

Mark was excellent! He was extremely thorough in making sure I got what I wanted. He was also very very knowledgeable. I am thrilled with my new oven and fridge that Mark helped me pick out. He also went the extra mile to ensure that it would fit in the small and awkward space it needed to fit. The delivery team was also wonderful!! They didn’t just drop the appliances, but they set them up perfectly, answered questions, showed me some features and important things to know. Could not recommend Bousquet’s enough! Thank you!

Highly discussed with their service!! A 1-5 window and we are now well after 5 no call no show!! Dont bother going to this place they have no customer service!!!! Go to lowes or home depot atleast you will get your products!! This small business is a JOKE!!!

Person who took my information put the wrong address (made delivery guys beyond late)..... and the fool was coping from my license when he took the order!!!

I like to buy local and not from the big box stores and am glad I chose them for my new fridge. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and the delivery team was terrific. Definitely recommend over Home Depot or Lowe's. They automatically price match too...

He was very helpful in the purchase that I made. I strongly recommend stopping by to take a look around. They have warranties to purchase and delivery service just to mention.
