Awesome service. I had a problem with some defective handles. They worked with the manufacturer to correct the situation. Albert Jr. represents the company well and was diligent in going to great lengths to make us happy and resolve the issues. Excellent, definitely recommend them to others and will use them myself going forward.

Bought a Viking Refrigerator 6 months ago. It has not worked properly since day 1. It was installed incorrectly, made loud buzzing noise both when refrigerator or freezer door was open or closed, frost in freezer that ruined food and ice maker stopped working after 4 months. Maintenance has been out to try and fix the unit numerous times, but no success. I was told the doors were manufactured incorrectly at the factory ( inside of both doors) Bouche rarely answers my texts about when I will get a replacement. Seems they are busy with customers when I contact them. I would prefer to get my almost $17,000.00 I paid for this piece of crap rather than have another Viking product. Viking says they did not sell me the refrigerator, that they are only the manufacturer and to deal with the seller, Bouche Appliances

Didn't recommend the right product and extra warranty. Assisted me with a warranty company who didn't want to pay and a machine 1 1/2 year old that couldn't be repair. When I asked if Bouche could help with a discount to compensate my loss, they never returned my calls any longer

Overall experience with Bouche was very good. Javier the salesperson was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable and he directed us to appliances that would fit our needs, he did not let me choose just on looks alone - he educated us on the different features the products offered. Javier took the time to help us understand the financial impacts of our choices, as there were specials running with some vendors and not others. He also went out of his way to send me videos and pdfs so that I could feel comfortable with the decisions my husband and I were making.

Billing experience - the online payment feature was easy to use, in addition, we needed a refund and we received it within days. Excellent service.

Flexibility - Very accommodating with schedules. I had to pick up some items early and others were delivered.

Returns / Exchanges - we received a damaged oven and we received the wrong dishwasher (Bouche notified us of this error). We simply took pictures of the oven and had a conversation. They exchanged our dishwasher, picked up our damaged oven and our new replacement oven was ordered. Very simple and prompt service.

The only experience I had issue with was what happened after we ordered our new double oven to replace the damaged one. The new oven did not arrive the day promised. I realize this is not Bouche's fault; however, it was the way it was handled. I didn't feel there was a sense of urgency, nor interest in our problem. The oven was supposed to come right before Christmas and it was delivered a week later. I know Christmas is a busy time, but it would have been great if there was a little more concern - the "it is Christmas" i understand, but throw me something, a sorry just didn't work for me, not after all we purchased.

Our purchase: Coffee machine, double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, beverage center and induction cook top.

Every appliance works exactly the way Javier described and I am really happy with the quality and functionality of our purchases.
