I became a regular of Borrowed Time Emporium about a year ago. The store has a magical vibe to it… like it’s full of a high vibration positive energy. I never know what I’m going to buy when I go there. I love the wide variety of crystals, and the helpful, little blue labels for each one that explain what the crystal is, and the type of energy it carries. I also love the books and Himalayan singing bowls, and crystal bracelets. I have added these fun items to my energy healing practice. Jennifer, the owner is SO compassionate and helpful to everyone. A store like Borrowed Time Emporium provides hope for a brighter future. Namaste.

The store and it’s crystals ect are very beautiful. Just be prepared for someone trying to read you when you walk in. Block off your brain. The woman who I think was the owner made some wrong assumptions about me just by talking to me and “reading” me. I’m a clairvoyant, I’m aware of when people are trying to get in my head. I love the piece I bought but I’ll never go back there. It’s not uncommon in that business, intuitive people get bored but nonetheless it’s an invasion of privacy and unethical unless the reading is asked for or they’re in danger. As psychics we can’t help getting impressions but there’s a difference between receiving an impression and trying getting in someone’s head. Plus it’s pretty silly when you get it wrong like which is why I’m writing this. I was completely insulted. The store is beautiful though.

What absolutely quaint shop.
Everything is so well organized and what a great vibe you get when entering.
I found some really interesting stones I haven't been able to find anywhere else. The woman (she wasn't the owner) that was there that day was so sweet and helpful. I can't wait to visit again!!!

Jen (the owner) is absolutely amazing and lifted my spirits immediately upon meeting her. Borrowed Time is one of my favorite crystal places in CT. It's easy to get to and has a wide variety and great prices! I bought several items. If you are looking for selenite - they have some of the best prices I have seen across several states and crystal stores.

i've honestly lost count of how many times i've been here. but everytime i go, i never want to leave. the energy here is so comforting. jen is super nice & a great person to talk to about crystals & if you have questions about anything. everything is very affordable, meaning you can get a lot if you on a 20$ budget or so. definitely my go-to place for crystals.
