The lady that works there was very nice I don't blame her but I question their way of charging services and phone activations. I have been to other boost stores and never charged a separate fee and only pay cash. To me smells like on the side pocket money. But yet charge my debit card for the phone and whatever other services. Charged me for a item they didn't have in stock and failed to inform me till later I find out. Called to inquire about the issue and their response is yes we were out and when they come in we will call you. Still no call. Also the added phone was never fully activated ..you can call out and text but no one can call.

My wife bought a boost phone i went to store to get a protection for my phone and my wife .She has a phone to . Well mean wile my cover broke and kick stand fell off . I was very gentle . He was saying i must had bin ruff and i was not. Also had a shatter proof glass he said to leave it there to put on my wife phone . I was tied up for a week or so .When i got there they say there is No return policy in fine print at bottom of recite .But i was never told and so i asked for my glass since i paid for it . He said i must have taken it since there was not any in back . Well all of a sudden he walked back and came out with it . The manager is not very honest retailer . I will never go there again. I think i will take my phone Back And get some one honest

I love this store, and the lady who works there is very friendly, as well as Bilingual. If you are ever in Fellsmere for any reason and you are a Boost Mobile customer, I highly suggest this store. The lady is a delight and when the owner is there he is awesome. Friendly people, great service, and amazing products of all kinds such as Samsung, LG, and Kyocera, just to name a few. Please, by all means check it out. The promotion going on right now is 4 free phones with a family plan for $100. The service is great.
