Won't recommend, spent several thousands dollars to furnish 3 rooms only to find out that when I purchased my complete bedroom set that when pay for the mattress set you have to buy the box springs separately! Was not told and you are charged for each piece although your given a set price as you are discussing your purchase. Who sells a mattress without a box springs included this place. Steve has no regard to his customer's needs he just wants to sit and let customers wait 20 minutes before he even acknowledged we were there. Blake was right on it as I made my way in the first time. I have bought several beds in my life, yes they are 2 separate items you are charged for each in the end but when you say I want everything that is right here and point it out to them never told oh the box springs doesn't come with the bed but yet it's on the frame as your telling you want everything. Good customer service right there!!! NOT!!! Beware his discount is free sales tax if you pay cash or check. I know for a fact he has to charge sales tax and pay it to the state. Something seems fishy to me. He makes enough off his customers to pay your sales tax to the state. Bargain Bins is owned by the same family. Will not go back ever. I wouldn't recommend this business. Yes I coulda sent it all back and get a refund but I was in desperate need of a home and furniture. I will say that the delivery men were the best and did a great job, the son of the owner NOT SO MUCH!!!!!

Honestly we will only shop here from now on!!! The furniture is priced amazingly and the quality is 110% all solid wood. Better then anything in Springfield and surrounding area's. Top notch service!!!
