This is the only place for real quality and value diy solar supply's for Mile's! When you add helpfull smiling service and know how it's a no brainer! The have quite an inventory including home goods, some 12v/110v appliances and many other things you may need. This store has so much to offer! Great products, good prices and a staff that goes beyond excellence! The family owned company has been around for over 13 years and has products brought in from other states and from local areas that are of superior quality! From clothing to hardware and kitchen supplies and even some services that that can speak for themselves! Levi and his family have sure made this place a success! Anyone that makes the drive will be impressed!

Bontragers and all the good folks were Amazing! A totally Off Grid 12k/18Kw EG4 whole house system. Every piece and all the advice was exactly what we did need and everything works as described and operational. And everything from a local enterprise just seems right. You need solar supply or support in SLV? Go to the only One stop shop.

We love working and dealing with the Amish with any of our projects whether it's build solar you name it we Love it. This location is great for a variety of items that you would put in your kitchen in your homes in addition to the solar setups and propane items. They also have homemade jellies and honeys from the areas. Honey really great if you have allergies when you're here as it is made very nearby. They also have homemade soaps and other bath items. Their workmanship is awesome. They have toys for children. They have outdoor equipment.

Bontrager’s has a great selection for solar equipment. We bought an electric lithium battery charger and 10 solar panels. The owner Levi is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have something for everyone in our family. It is truly a variety store. We also bought eggs, a board game, and a broom. Highly worth the stop to browse. They have an interesting selection of kitchen gadgets, games, jams, toys, tools and so much more.

It’s so difficult to find canning jar lids these days, but Bontrager’s came through!! Great price on bulk lids. They also have jars and rings, but we only needed the lids themselves.
***Update! We only use these lids for dry storage these days, NOT for actual canning. I’m not sure why, but after probably 6 canner-loads, less than 50% of the jars sealed. I normally might have one jar that doesn’t seal in that many.
