They were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer any questions I had as a first-time homebuyer.

Danielle made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way, explaining all the details clearly and thoroughly. Aubrey was equally supportive, making the paperwork stress free. Bonadelle builds low quality homes that fall apart and Mary in the warranty department is a lazy rude person that will do nothing to address the warranty issues. I would not recommend buying a home from bonadelle with experience we had from very low quality materials and craftsmanship they put into there builds.

As first time buyers we bought our Wisteria Creek home in December 2022. We will not buy with Bonadele again.

To start, dealing with premier mortgage was actually a nightmare. Get your loan elsewhere. The communication was terrible and customer service was even worse. Karlyn and Dawn do NOT know what they are doing.

We did our walk through with no power in December at 6pm. So we couldn’t see much. We went on to report several mistakes through their website. I lost track of how many times there contractors would schedule appointments with us to fix something and not show up, but it was at least 7 times. We both work full time so we had to schedule someone to leave work early or ask a friend to be at our house. So, to have different contractors not show up more than 7 times for a scheduled a point was so unprofessional. We stopped reporting things wrong because it was such a nightmare.
Mary A who works with the warranty department was not kind or apologetic in anyway. She did not care and really just shouldn’t work in customer swrvice.

To this day, I still see such poor quality with our house. It’s so sad being our first home. They rush to finish these neighborhoods rather than give people a quality home to live in for years to come.

Hello all,
I have lived in the Bella Vista neighborhood for roughly 9 years. I love the neighborhood and the beauty that surrounds it but the quality of the home itself is another story. Let’s see… the paper thin walls that you can hear a conversation going on in the living room all the way in the back master bedroom, the stucco cracks and also the thin layer of stucco in which you can see the chicken wire underneath, and now the latest the tankless water heater. This is the final straw in which prompted me to write this review. I noticed a leak and corrosion due to the wrong type of plumbing that was installed. I went to my neighbors house to see if he had the same issue with his water heater and surprisingly he didn’t. I emailed Mary who handles all the warranty issues and unfortunately my problems were all past the warranty coverage. I can only compare this house to my first one which was a Cambridge, I didn’t experience any of the said issues listed above. So my advice to everyone is to think long and hard about buying Bonadelle as home ownership is a big investment. I have included a picture of the shoddy plumbing on my water heater that I am going to have to fix myself to do it right.
