Great dealership, the staff is friendly and accommodating. My transmission blew on my truck and I was able to get a new one quickly. They also offer rental cars which was very convenient while I waited. Andrue is a great salesman and I highly recommend going to see him, he was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Bolles is a solid, local, family-operated dealership. They have always been great for service on my Jeep and when it was time to upgrade to a truck I had zero hesitation to see it through with Bolles. I’m a CPO kind of guy and Bolles has a great selection. I worked closely with Sean to look at options and when I didn’t see anything that fit he reached out a couple days later with their newest acquisition that was exactly what I was looking for. It is a highly personal experience working with this team.

We love taking our 2 Jeeps to Bolles Motors for any service when required. You drive into the Express Lane and either the service manager Dan Smith or another service advisor comes right out to greet you. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant. We would never think about taking our Jeeps to anyone else for service. They are all so helpful and knowledgeable about any vehicle issues.

Staff was friendly, that being said, I filled out paperwork on a truck and had a rough monthly just waiting on a rate and approval before I finalized anything. Days went by and I hadn’t heard anything called and the people I needed to talk to were off that day but I was assured I would get a call back that day, no call wait another day and when I called they were kinda confused why I was calling to check in, the finance manager was busy I was supposed to get a call back to let me know if I was even approved for a loan. All the sudden I finally get a credit report notification and loan company calls me very sus and couldn’t explain much untill I gave them my info. So after that I declined asked for a refund and just after the refund about 15 mins before they were closing the finance department calls me and says oh yeah I’m approved, well still don’t know what my rate is and couldn’t tell me my rate and also told me the reason why I never heard from anyone was because the truck was getting breaks done. Any other time I have bought a vehicle they have called or in person waiting I have been told my rate and final numbers before picking up the truck. And certainly don’t think I should have to poke the bear multiple times to find out one if I’m even approved and secondly what my final monthly will be, rate and lender. Maybe that process works for them but it certainly didn’t work for me. And the fact that I had called once already looking to find out where I stand should have been a give away to call and let me know where I stand. Very frustrating

Knew what I wanted in a car, spent more time reviewing the dealership… don’t know a whole lot about hidden fees, pricing, etc (aka asking to be taken advantage of). Bolles motors lives up to the reputation! EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT from start to finish. NOTHING bad to say about them!

There will never be another dealer I work with! My wife and I stopped in to see a beautiful Challenger they had, and traveled 1.5hrs to go there. The car was accurately represented, test driven, and signed on in under an hour! That there is efficiency! I have boughten a lot of cars in my life, and have never worked with a dealer that seemed so devoted to customer satisfaction. These are the types of dealers that need to be known, and deserve recognition. Shop with confidence at Bolles!
