I purchased the Amesterdam sofa in gray leather. I am not happy with the cushions at all. The cylindrical cushion does not stay in place and when I lean forward, the cushions fall on my back. I constantly need to adjust them. Also, the back side is not fully covered with leather. It is made out of fabric with Boconcept signature on it, giving it a very cheap looking appearance. I had been very pleased with my purchases at Boconcept in the past but I am very disappointment this time.?

I had a good experience, I did have to wait 3 months to receive my sectional; however this was less of a lead time than others when we were shopping for sofas. I am happy with my purchase and like our sectional. We went into the store to test and try out the model we liked. There is no real tracking for the order, just have to wait, which is what I expected since they did give me a lead time upfront. I really went for BoConcept because of the design and can say we had a good experience and am happy with the sectional.

Worst post-customer service ever, we bought our furniture in end of 2021 and got our furniture in mid 2022 and then asked them to send us a missing piece and still waiting since then. It’s 2024 now when are you going to give us our missing piece? Of course you can’t find my name in your database cus the order is under my husband.

BoConcept is a great store to work with. I worked with Tolga and he is wonderful. He developed a nice design in which the furniture fit well in my house. He helped me with color and material choices. The furniture is wonderful, makes my place look great, and the quality is very high. Furniture was also delivered on time and competently. I would recommend BoConcept for those with interest in modern/contemporary design. The sleek look fits well in my house

If you can wait for a long long time , longer than the supply-chain delays caused by the pandemic and have the time and energy to chase your order (unlike their competition BoConcept won’t send you emails to keep you informed), and if, and this is a big if, your furniture arrive intact from China(this is where most of what we ordered were made), you may like BoConcept. Most of what we got are fairly well made and comfortable. Customer service however is reactive and not proactive . At the price point they sell their furniture and other items, you can get better value for your money elsewhere.

BoConcept has a lot of nice pieces. What I particularly like about them is the fact their pieces are intelligently designed along with aesthetically pleasing. All their pieces are very customizable, which is what they are known for. Their coffee tables have lift tops and hidden storage or expand to the size of dinner tables. Their dinner tables expand/retract so that you can scale up or down depending on the occasion. We worked with April there who was incredibly helpful in showing us the functionality of their pieces along with their numerous fabric and finish options. Now to be fair, price-wise this place isn't for everyone, but the quality feels worth it. Since every piece is pretty much a custom piece lead times are pretty long. We purchased a dining set and were originally quoted 2-3 months, which ended up doubling since we bought during a sale. So if you are looking for something quick you should temper your expectations. All in all though we are very happy with our set and will be back again for more pieces in the future.
