We stopped by to have Bob look at our back of one of the front seats. He came out and fixed it on the spot. Very nice and helpful. He only charged us a small fee, but we doubled it for him.

The dog ate my couch. Granted it was a pillow and a cushion, but ripped and shredded. I love this sectional sofa. Not after what my dog did, but couldn't imagine not having it any more. I chose Bob's Upholstry in Lancaster based upon yelp reviews only. I am SO happy with the results! The workmanship was superb. He had it ready really fast. I honestly can not tell it was ever damaged. It looks brand new. Thank you YELP, I would have never known to go here.
