Primera vez que compramos en esta mueblería BOB’S Furniture y la verdad que salimos muy contentos de ahí, siempre hicimos una buena compra y gracias a la ayuda de una de sus trabajadoras de nombre Rebeca quien siempre estuvo al pendiente y ayudándonos en todo.
Se los recomiendo vayan a la mueblería pregunta por Rebeca y de seguro que con algo bueno saldrás…

Mala experiencia en la compra y recogiendo el mueble. Al momento de comprar la señora que nos atendió ni siquiera pregunto si queríamos el seguro que ellos ofrecen. Ella asumió sin preguntar. Después de preguntar que si por que eran más de $100 dólares arriba del precio dijo que por que había agregado el seguro. La vendedora no tiene por que agregar los extras sin preguntar. Luego para recoger el mueble me dijeron que podía ir a cualquier hora antes de las 5pm y cuando llegue me dijeron que no estaba listo después de haberles informado que yo vivo a una hora y media de la tienda. Necesitan mejor comunicación entre ellos para evitar estos inconvenientes con los clientes.

We went recliner shopping here last weekend. We were greeted warmly at the door by David, which is pronounced Daveed. He did his opening spiel, which is okay. Really emphasized their line of credit , and kept emphasizing it even when I told him we'd be paying cash. I get it he is doing his job. Both my husband and I really enjoy the TV commercials. Selection wasn't great. Prices were not unreasonable, but you get what you pay for don't you? David checked on us periodically, wasn't pushy. Was a bit insistent on our contact info so he could let us know if any other chairs came in. When asked where furniture was made, he told us Vietnam. Then came back after a manager consult and said that they were made all over. We did get his card when we went to tell David thank you for his time. It is a discount furniture place.

My wife found this place as we were looking for couch for our living room. When we got to the store I was surprised by options of couches. We didn’t look at all the furniture here, just what we were interested in. The sales staff meets us in the beginning, but, was not aggressive and bothersome. We had some questions which were answered without issue. We found a couch that would fit in our living room and we decided to purchase it. The price was decent and so we went with it.

The only thing I was surprised about was a delivery charge on the furniture. Most other furniture stores we shopped did not have shipping as long as you live locally. But, the shipping included bringing in the furniture and setting it up, so really it was not a big deal.

In all, we are happy with the couch. It seems to be of great quality and the comfort is great. We will definetily keep Bob’s discount furniture in mind the next time we are looking for furniture.

We went to bobs to buy a new mattress and were helped by Annie. She was kind enough to let us try out a number of different beds when we went in, we let her know we weren’t making a decision that day which she was fine with but we made sure to get her card so we could come back to buy from her since she helped us the first time. When we went back she did not remember who we were which is fine, she’s old, she forgets. We were still trying to figure out how we were going to pay so we ran an application for credit but we decided to pay in full. She asked for our address and main cross streets and said we should get the bed in like 2 days. Well come delivery day Annie put the wrong address in the delivery. My husbands address is different on his ID since we just bought a new house and he hasn’t changed it. We let Annie know this so she confirmed the address with us and even gave her main crossroads. Now I don’t understand the point in doing that if the address was going to be input wrong anyways. So the delivery driver said he couldn’t make it to us as it would add 45 minutes to his route, which is odd because we only live 10 minutes away from the previous address. So now we had to wait maybe a week and a half for our bed. We offered to pick up the bed and we were told that would take even longer. Not only that but Annie did sign my husband up for bobs credit which we did not authorize. Why would we authorize credit if we paid in full? I was told we had to call to cancel the card which we did but there is an investigation now because it was opened without our consent so we have to wait 45 days for it to fall off our credit. We’ve bought other furniture from bobs and had a good experience but this was just a horrible experience with Annie.
