Just went through the car wash and no soap was despensed only clear water. I have used this car wash many times and have never had any problem. No contact number to let owner know that my vehicle did not get clean. Paid 15.00 for the ultimate plus.

Free vacuum is not worth it. $15 ultimate platinum wash and rims are still dirty, grill has bugs on it. It's an overpriced $5 quick rinse.

been to a lot of car washes. this ones typical ripoff doesn't fully rinse off vehicle leaving that foggy swirled dirt look and layer on half the vehicle. yes I got the cheap $10 wash but everywhere else that's $8 with free vacuums. there was no vacuums. sign says free vacuums they were all on the ground run over not functioning. some type of token scam you need a token which I'm sure cost money. just don't go here it's a lousy 3min soap, swipe , then 15sec rinse. ripoff. this car wash is made to scam highway passer-thrus.

I paid for the priciest wash and I get 1 six minute token to vacuum my truck out. Six minutes doesn’t even get it started and to boot, the vacuum cleaner didn’t work well, because the unit was torn up. Since I was only provided one six minute token, I didn’t get to move to another station. Unacceptable!! Other do it yourself car wash es provide free use of the vacuum! I will never comeback. Rip off.

Paid 12.00 for a wash and the lights blinked and the water never came on. Backed up and pulled in again and still no water. Wasted my money and no way to conatct owner how convenient. Should have went to the new one and will from now on. Only use this one cause it's on my way home.

Very poor wash! No soap was dispensed, only water. It’s practically brand new but definitely not worth it - it’s a shame smh if this place lasts I’m gonna have to wonder how with so many negative reviews 🤔 I came to find out how to get in touch w someone and am seeing many more disappointed customers - picture was right after going through the wash …

NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!! Last time I used this place(sept 2023) the machine stopped while I was inside before even starting the wash..only turned on when the guy behind me paid( for a cheaper wash than I had paid for, I spoke with him and he confirmed he paid twice). Then the vacuum didn’t suction only made noise. I called a number and I guess the owner didn’t pick up but text and said if I gave him my address he would mail me $5……….today (aug 2024) being in a rush I unfortunately went back, paid $15 and all the lights saying pull forward and stop etc started flashing at the same time, while the screen told me the machine was in use with no one in it. I drove forward and nothing happened. I backed out with all the lights flashing and still saying in use. Then tried to atleast use a vacuum and two of them wouldn’t take the coin. Starting to think they are intentionally trying scam as much money out on people as they can without consequences since I’ve been twice nearly a year apart and had money basically stolen both times.

Gives you one (1) token for the "free vacuum" after you purchase a car wash. The "free vacuum" only lasts 6 minutes so people have to save up the tokens to have enough time using the "free vacuum". I went to use it because it was clogged on both attachments so I had to take a few minutes to open it up and shake the clog out. I couldnt go to a different "Free vacuum" spot because I already put the $10 token in. "Free vacuum!" How bout that!
