Thay do not stand by the products they sell. I bought a refrigerator from black suppliances in Yreka. It is barely 2 months out of the year service.
And it has already broke. They wanna charge me a $150 an hour to come out and look at my fridge. Something that he said would take 15 minutes to tell me what's wrong with it. So I can buy the part and replace the part myself that's just wrong. Or I can buy a new fridge. And I told him if I have to buy a new one I will not be buying it from you guys. Do better for your customers and not tell us we are out of luck and offer no help.

I am so pleased with Black's Appliance in Yreka! I bought a washer and dryer in 2019, and now in 2022 I came back for a new mattress. The customer service is amazing. I spoke with AJ on the phone and again in the store to purchase my mattress. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He was a joy to work with, and I'm happy with my new mattress. Every person I've dealt with at Black's has been great. I'm happy to give them my business. I highly recommend them!

We purchased a deep freezer a month ago and enjoyed the customer service we received and decided to purchase furniture as well. A couple of week ago we purchased and couch and decided to pick up the couch instead of waiting for the delivery. We showed up and the couch was sold. We were bummed as we had our eye set on that particular couch. BUT the owner apologized and did everything to make it right as the set we ordered would not be in for another 4-5 weeks more. We left very happy with a different couch set and ultimately are very happy. We value shopping local and really appreciate when businesses know how to treat customers. We will definitely be customers for life.

Black’s Appliance Audio is a complete rip off. I give them a (0) zero star rating! They quoted me $90 fee to check my GE dryer and they stated they would apply that money towards my repairs. I had also informed them on the phone that there was an issue with the timer. They came out on Monday 6/10/19 and after 5 minutes of noticing that the timer wasn’t working the repair guy stated that it needed to be fixed before he can even diagnose it. Why didn’t they tell me this over the phone? So basically, I paid them $90 to tell me what I already knew was wrong. He didn’t even look any further. And after 2 days they call me and quote me $220 just to replace the timer so they can see what is in fact wrong with it. If I would have know it was going to cost me $320 just to tell me that my timer needed to be fixed, which I had already known, in order to see what the real issue is, I never would have asked for a service call. A brand new Dryer costs about that much! And mind you that’s just to see what’s wrong with it. I would actually incur additional charges to see what the real issue is and additional charges to get it fixed along with additional parts charges. When I asked if the $90 I had already paid was going towards the repair job and parts as they quoted, and they said “no”. If that wasn’t bad enough, when I started to complain about the misrepresentation and the unjust amount I was charged for nothing they were extremely rude. They were bouncing my call around as they took turns down talking to me and making all kinds of excuses and trying to justify the excessive charge for literally a 5-10 minutes visit just to tell me what I already knew. Not to mention the repair guy smelled like an ash tray and seemed completely out of it. I am extremely disappointed with this company for their unethical practices. I will filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will never use this company again! I want others considering this company to think twice about using their services. They have horrible customer service and are misleading. I felt completely ripped off.

Called in this morning (6-5), with a concern of my mother's power lift chair being stuck in the recline position. They weren't sure if they be able to come out before Monday, to look at it or repair..I was called back and asked if they could come out this afternoon, will repair person came out, found concern and was able to repair. Very happy with service. Would highly recommended them to anyone.

My washer broke down with soggy clothes still inside. The door automatically locked and couldn’t get it to open. Hi AJ, the service dept manager was very helpful and brought the repairman (who was very knowledgeable) to open the door and get my clothes out until the part for the washer came in. Very friendly and good service!!
