Our experience at Bittner Bridal in Lake Placid was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, Taylor and Jack were so welcoming. They set the tone for what turned out to be a perfect day. We booked the VIP appointment, and the level of personal attention we received was truly exceptional.

I was in town from California and wasn’t sure if buying a dress out of town was the best move. From early in, I chatted with Taylor and she walked me through the process in the event I do find the perfect dress there, she made it so seamless!

Taylor and Jack listened carefully to my preferences, and made me feel completely at ease but also encouraged me to try on dresses outside of the box. They guided me through the process with patience and expertise, ensuring I found the dress of my dreams. My family also felt included and appreciated, making the experience even more special for everyone involved.

We were fortunate to meet the new owner, Jack, during our visit, and he’s going to be a fantastic fit for Bittner Bridal.

I HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop to any and every bride to be! They also carry dresses for Mother’s of the bride and pageant/prom dresses!

As soon as we stepped in the door we felt extremely comfortable and welcomed. The staff was helpful and friendly. The shop was very cute and they carry everything from veils to jewelry.

I tried on a few dresses I had chosen off the racks and it so happened that the one I ended falling in love with was the dress chosen by Taylor at Bittner ♥️😁

Once I decided that was the dress that I wanted to take home, they put a veil on me, some jewelry and even lent me a bouquet to make sure that’s the look I wanted.

If I could give more that 5 stars I would.

I recently went to Bittner Bridal with my soon to be sister-in-law in search for her wedding dress. From first steps in, the store smelled so wonderful, was organized and the atmosphere was perfect! Taylor was the associate to helped us that day and is the owner of the Bridal Boutique. It’s so clear that she loves her job and knows the business. She was so helpful and was able to tell us everything the Bride asked about in regards to fabric, alteration possibilities, styles and colors. Bittner Bridal is a luxury bridal studio in the quiet town of Lake Placid that is run with pride, class, and quality service you can write home about. Coming from Orlando, FL was well worth it. After booking, there was consistent communication from the owner about my appointment date and time, and prior to my appointment Taylor herself called me to discuss my style and options. You are the only bride in the studio during your fitting which gives you the individual attention needed and the owner’s expert advice had me trying on gowns I never would have put myself in and ultimately saying “yes” to the perfect dress! Your appointment also has built in buffer time so there is no rushing to leave when the next bride is coming which was a frustration I experienced at other bridal studios. Taylor’s sense of style and attention to detail was the support I needed to find my perfect dress and I am so appreciative for the studio and this town for supporting her business.

Taylor really does her due diligence and research before your appointment, and she already had my style nailed down before I even walked through the door. She really listens to your likes and dislikes and has the perfect recommendations to help you find the perfect dress. During my appointment, she also made recommendations on styling for jewelry and veils to fit my dream wedding look, and I really loved her attention to detail and thoughtfulness in helping me pick out the perfect pieces.
