Had to give it one star because you can't put zero. Worst customer service and service in general I have ever experienced. Took my mustang in there to get door panels re upholstered. Owner told me they do it all the time no problem. Was very sketched out by the people screaming and cussing at each other In the office. When i went to pick my car up i see what is the worst job I have ever seen the new leather was ripped not tucked and painted to try and hide it as if I was stupid. I told the owner I wasn't paying for the work they had done. I then take my car to another upholstery shop in town and once they took my door panels off is when the real nightmare started. They broke every pop tab in my panel and placed them with sheet metal screws broke my arm rest tabs completely off. Now I'm stuck with having to get new door panels. SERIOISLY THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

There is no attention to detail. They just wrapped my visors in fabric, they won’t snap into place because the latch is covered and they won’t extend for the same reason. My dome lights don’t work. There’s paint on my windshield from them painting my dash they, didn’t put the screws back in my door panels, I was told 2 days and it would be done. I called every 2 days for a week and a half and kept getting excuses. Finally I had to go down and watch over them so they would get something done. The owner kept blaming the workers but never once came outside to check on progress while I was there. I will never go back. This is the first time my experience anywhere was bad enough to make a review about.

I took my atv seat and new vinyl cover at closing time on a Saturday. These people stayed late to install my seat cover. They gave me a honest labor fee, I would highly recommend this company.

The owner is super nice. Does a great job with furniture too! No job has ever been too big or too small. If you need reupholstered than Bill says he can do it , and does.

Very friendly, works on boats, cars, motorcycles etc. Highly recommend you check them out for an estimate. Prices are very reasonable. Will update with photos once work is completed.

Dropped our seats off on Monday was told they would be done by Wednesday. We went in Wednesday, was told they would be done by noon on Thursday. We went in about 1 o’clock on Thursday then was told it would be done by noon on Friday. Then went in on Friday at noon and was told the seats would be done by four, and the seats still weren’t done till 8 o’clock that night. The seams are already coming undone from the seats, and none of the stitches are symmetrical. Poor customer service and very poor quality. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great customer service, went in for a seat rebuild and headliner, and I have to say that it looks amazing , these people know what they are doing , I went to every upholstery shop in town and I have to say they are the best in fort smith, took a little while but hey it was worth it, thank you bills upholstery, if anybody needs upholstery done, bills upholstery are the one for ya .
