Muy Buena atencion recibida por Alex. Practicamente la calificacion es por el. No por la tienda como tal, le falta mucho para ser 5 estrellas. Fue facil escoger porque queriamos lo mejor pero el tiempo de entrega es demasiado. Si no fuera por la necesidad que teniamos, no creo que hubiese comprado alli.

We talked about my needs and were able to identify the right products based on my needs and budget. Best of all I was able to get delivery scheduled within 3 days. Great experience

We had an urgent need to replace our fridge and decided to visit this store based on the excellent recent reviews. From the moment we arrived, Jose Fraga went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring we found the perfect replacement and arranging for a quick delivery. We have used Bill Smith since 2009 because they repair the appliances they sell. Fortunately, we have never had need to use their service center.

We purchased a washer/dryer combo from Bill Smith’s yesterday. Their personal service was efficient and professional. The salesperson knew their products and answered our questions which helped us select our best option.

We purchased our ‘old’ washer and dryer from Bill Smith in 2009 and have never had an issue with the units. This gave us confidence to return to Bill Smith when we wanted an upgrade.

We strongly recommend Bill Smith!

Purchase was easy enough. Salesperson was helpful. We purchased a full kitchen set. The delivery processes are completely broken relative to scheduling, expectations setting, dealing with issues that arise, etc. Any issue that arises, you have to go through the salesperson. So if they are busy selling more product and you have a delivery issue, get in line and wait until the sales rep can get back to you.

Range - Delivery team did not install the supplied anti-tip device for the range, but went to the extent to remove the existing one – a major safety and code issue. Also they did not level the unit and had to come back days later.

Refrigerator - showed up damaged and had to be returned. These things happen. No replacements available from them for a month, but we found one at Lowe's and had it installed 2 days after ordering.

Dishwasher - The purchased install kit for the dishwasher wasn't delivered – not an issue, these things happen. When I called to have someone bring one out the next day, the response I was given was to come pick it up myself.

Microwave – no issue but we had a contractor install it.

For a company that sells, delivers, installs and supports appliances for a living, this has not been a good experience. (Truly hope the service department shines if/when we have to place a service call…)

Was reluctant to go to Lowe’s, but went there for the replacement fridge and was blown away by their efficiency, communication, expectations and price parity…Text updates have their own videos for delivery expectations and prep, they confirm delivery dates and times as the day goes on and they even have a delivery map to show you how many stops are ahead of you. It appears to me that Bill Smith is getting out-hustled at their own game.

Visited Bill Smith store late Sunday afternoon when I was probably the only customer and sales team was understandably “looking at the exits”. Lilian was assigned and was absolutely great.
She knew the dishwashers (Bosch 800 vs Benchmark series) and the details needed to advise me.
After consulting with my spouse, Lilian and I completed the transaction on the phone the next morning. And scheduled an install a week later.
If the delivery and install are as seamless as the sale, all five stars shining.
