I went into the Colorado Springs location @100 Southgate.Second time at this location and was told I was band from that location...Never had any issues Never confronted by anyone and not told why I was banned. The Security guard.
Mentioned that I was trespassing without any legal documentation. I find it hard to believe and consider it racial profiling..I think it would be wise to have this location addressed concerning this issue

I am a 74 year old Senior, I purchased a Powder River Gate on a clearance, when I went to pick it , paperwork in hand. The gate wasn't there, the worse part of the entire experience was the treatment by the upper management. The Store manager and the Assistant manager.

The accusations that I or someone claiming to be had picked it up.

Sorry folks, no one picked up for me I still have all the paperwork.

Appears you have employee theft

Perhaps you should look within before you accuse your customer!

I'm a 65 yr old man with disabilities and a service dog . I came to Leadville to do some hiking and overcome some physical challenges . I was treated like a piece of garbage everywhere I went in Leadville except Big R ! I was treated fantastic and I can't say enough good about the employees , and management ! Thank you for treating me like a human being ! I can't put in words or say enough about this store ! Thank you so much !

Went to pick up my sons birthday present after waiting 3 weeks for it to ship. The manager acted like she never seen me before and said she cannot find nothing on file. I told her 3 weeks ago we called the other store 2 hours away to transfer it and my sons birthday is next week. She said she could order it again and will be here in 2 to 3 weeks. I had to drive 2 hours away to pick it up and not one person said sorry for you inconvenience poor customer service not happy and will not shop there again.

Update: I called back around 3 and finally talked to Heather, she was very apologetic for the stores mistake and found me a solution that know one else was willing to do.

Will shop else where. I base my reviews off how a company handles their mistakes and this company is definitely lacking customer service skills.

This company charged my credit card for a product I bought online for pick up in store. I received 1 email confirmation for the transaction, another email from the store on Constitution confirming they received the order and 1 email from Kim stating my item is ready for pick up. I emailed Kim from the option on her email for another person to pick up, Kim emails me back claiming they don't have the product and I need to go into the store for a refund.

Why did you charge my card for something your store doesn't have?

Why in the year 2019 must I be inconvenienced to drive to a store for a refund of a product that you don't have and charged me for? (YOUR MISTAKE) That is why I purchased online for pick up in store and am having my husband pick up. I don't have time to go to the store. Now you want my husband to go out of his way to come home grab the credit card I used and then go back out of his way to a store for a refund of a product you don't have but charged me for and informed us 3 times it was in process and ready.
I have talked to 3 women knowing nothing about much and now I'm waiting for a call back from a Heather Clark.

Now I have to keep track of a refund. The snowball affect your mistake has caused is truly ridiculous.

Taken over 2 hours to get unloaded. Went to check how long it was going to take, they wouldn't answer the door.
