Absolutely love it here ! Friendly neighbors & RITA is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING… I’ve stayed in a few parks over the yrs & RITA is by far the BEST park Management I’ve had she’s the sweetest person & issues are handled quickly RITA goes ABOVE & BEYOND to make everything as smooth as possible for us even as far as checking in on me if she hasn’t seen me for a few days she knows my health is not the greatest RITA is truly 1 in a MILLION so happy we found this little piece of happiness!!!

Just moved to this park and love it. Rita is the manager and does an amazing job. It feels like family here.

With my husband's health issues Rita and Jen have jumped in and looked after my dog while I have had to be gone. I can't tell you how much stress that has taken off me.

If you need an amazing place to stay for a few days or the rest of your life you can find your new home here.

My husband and I have owned a park model with a Florida room for a year. Our experience here has been very pleasant. Everyone that we have met, has made us feel at home. Management has done an excellent job with the park. The appearance has improved so much since April. Such a great team working here.

We bought in here last year. So this is our second season. The first we had a lot of work to do on our trailer. This year we returned to a new manager, wasn't sure what to expect but Rita is great! She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. She's cleaned up the park and got things spruced up so nice. If there is an issue she will meet it head on. Totally enjoy being here in the Big Okee. So close to everything. Surrounded by water, how can you beat that!

If you've ever watched "Trailer Park Boys" on Netflix, well this place is the exact opposite! I was surprised to see nice landscaping and mature King Palms (where I'm from, trailer parks have Chinese Elms and Cottonwoods). I was even told by a resident that "...not too many alligators hang out in the big canal," which was reassuring. It looks like a nice place to call home ?. The people we met were also quite friendly.

Just wanted to thank Rita and Jen. For a great 2 months Vacation in 2023 Rita is a Superb Lady who gets it done doing a Great Job Managing the park Sure Different having some one who cares about her Guest Truly Good People who cares Thank You Roger and Marilyn.
