Went in to see how much it would cost to have a pre-built speaker box wired into my truck I brought everything I needed wires, speakers, tools, amp, line out converter, and all the other little things that were needed! Tried to tell me I needed to buy $200 worth of stuff and then wanted to charge me $300 to install it and was very rude the entire time and eventually walked away and ignored me, so I left, went to a different shop that charged me only $70 and told me i bought way more stuff than i needed too

Has to be the best stereo system. I have ever purchased for my car for the money. The sound is incredible and the installation was very professional.

If you’re looking for an honest, straight forward business with exceptional quality work then Big Baby’s Customs is the place. I have several aftermarket accessories on my vehicles all done by Big Baby’s Customs and have never had an issue with his work. The clarity of my system is simply amazing and he went above and beyond on the behind the scene touches of the wiring.

I had a stereo and speakers installed. The stereo never worked. Took the car back three times and was finally told it was a problem with my car then the owner started avoiding me when I called. Went somewhere else and they tested the car and radio and of course it was the radio! They removed it and it is was a cheap Panasonic, made in 2006!

Install was great but one of my speakers blew which is not supposed to happen been there twice to have this addressed and today I was ignored by the owner would not recommend and my$$ will go elsewhere, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS BECAUSE WITHOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB

Brought my truck in for lights to be installed and dude scratched my brand new paint, put the light in and wired them wrong so now I have no break lights, wow. Now refuses to fix it, unbelievable, do not go to these amateurs.
TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL! !!!!!!! $$$$

Terrible customer service. Guy is clearly all about himself. Never heard of someone, that was serious about their business, answer with a mumbled hello and then hangup on a paying customer after being super rude. Best of luck to ya. Ill take my business elsewhere. ✌
