My daughter had her wedding dress altered here and was very happy! We also had another daughter have her bridesmaid dress shortened. I will add, both of my daughters are from out of town and didn’t have a lot of time to get alterations fitted. Picked them up

My wedding dress was hemmed beautifully. I was nervous to go somewhere new with such an important dress, but once I saw how precise measurements were being taken I felt like I was in good hands. The dress was ready on time and the price was fair. If I need something altered in the future Bianca's will be my first stop.

If I could give this place 0 Stars, I would. I brought my dress in on 12/10 to be altered for my wedding before January 19th. I requested for Bianca to hem the bottom, add a bustle to the back, and take in the top as it was gapping without the bridal shops special corset. She advised that she could take up the bottom, and add the bustle, and would be done by 12 / 20, but she could not take in the top due to the intricate feed work. She advised me to purchase the corset from the bridal shop and come back in to try it on again. I ordered the corset online for $100, came in on 12/18 to try on the dress. It still did not fit correctly. She had not started on any of the alterations, and told me she would not be done by the 20th as originally promised. She advised that she would have it done by Friday the 21st, but I had to be there before 3 as that's when she closed and she would be gone for three weeks following. I called at 2 p.m. on the 21st, only for her to tell me that she had not yet started, and could quickly do the hem only. And I would have to pick up within the hour. When I asked her about the bustle, she told me to just pick up my dress and take it to somebody else altogether. It is now the Friday before Christmas, less than a month away from my wedding, and she's had my dress for two weeks without doing anything to it. Not only did she not deliver what was promised, but she asked me to take my dress to somebody else. I would not recommend her to anybody. Do not waste your time with Bianca, take it somewhere else to begin with.
