I am sad that that Better Blinds seems to have dropped the ball with our order (and it appears the orders of other clients). I hopeful the owners figure out how to fix this situation and contact us with outstanding orders that have been placed on hold. I just want my shutters installed!!

I placed an order back in February 2023 and was told it would only be 4-6 weeks. I waited until the end of March to call and get an update in which they said they were delayed. Another month went by and no update by them so I called again to follow up in April and again in May in which they finally told me that my blinds have been shipped but now they have no update on where they are. I would like a refund at this moment because it has taken far too long and have not received a response regarding a refund.

Better Blinds came out and measured my windows 3 times and , still, the blinds were not the correct size for my windows. One window got done but my two other windows were not completed. Now my three windows facing the street do not match. Better Blinds told me my blinds were delayed LAST YEAR and that’s why job was not completed. Since then I have called and texted numerous times, left dozens of voicemails and texts and NO REPLY. I am beyond disappointed. I believe this is unethical and probably criminal. If you are unable to do your job, just tell me. You are wasting my time and you owe me a refund for shoddy work. This is not ok.

Its now January 2024. My mother in law ordered blinds in June of 2023, still no contact, no blinds. This company is a bunch of thieves.

My mother in law ordered blinds from here in June. They stopped contact with her and when she asked about her order in September they told her they would arrive 15 September. On 16 September, no blinds, no contact, no refund. It's now October and still no blinds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Communicated and were courteous up until order was placed and PAID FOR in February 2023. It’s now January 2024 and I have no blinds. In July they told me “they just put through a big batch of orders” and in September they told me it should be in that shipment. Still no blinds and no communication. Awful awful business.

I ordered blinds in February and later when I called back in March when the blinds were supposed to arrive, I was told there is a back order which I understood and that they should arrive in April. April came and went with no communication. I called multiple times and finally received a call back late May, early June telling me the ship date was expected to be June 16th and once it ships they will call me back to make the install appt. We are in mid August and nothing. I have called several times and even sent text messages at the instructions of their voice message and again nothing. I understand being short staffed but that does not mean it should cause lack of business practices in communicating with customers. I would give you less stars if I could. I am really disappointed because they put in other blinds for me no problem, but how this purchase is being handled is really unacceptable in any capacity. At this point I want a full refund!

Don't expect any communication or call back after the sale. The window coverings arrived months after promised, and always blamed on the manufacturer. When they arrived they were wrong and are still hanging in place waiting. No phone call returned. This has taken nearly 2/3 of 2023. Good luck

My Mom ordered window treatments 9 months ago, no one has called her back or given her an answer of what is happening!!! She’s very upset and we want a refund immediately. No one will answer back after months of trying to call! Nothing! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!! They will be prosecuted by the Law!
