Best Flooring just tiled every room in our house. It was a really big job. The whole experience from the showroom to clean up was great.
We decided to not go to a big box store this time for improvements and support local business.
We are older and the guys moved all the heavy stuff from room to room with care. Tommy was insistent that we did not do any heavy lifting at all. Tommy also kept to the schedule and made sure the job got done by the day promised. The work crew were professional and worked quietly.
Cheyenne was so helpful and always available for a question.
She is also very familiar with all the tiles and products. She listened to our ideas.
We are very happy with our new floors. The tile is modern and beautiful. Completely changed the look of our home and no more pink carpet in the bedrooms from the previous owners. LOL
Best Flooring was a great choice.

The place in Inverness, Florida there. Customer service after You have put the floor in and a year later. 2 of the seams came apart.
We've been calling them or 2 months. A guy came out, took pictures and said. Yes, that's why they don't sell this product anymore because of this problem. He took a bunch of pictures and city. He'd have someone get back with us within 48 hours. And here we sit one month later.
I had to call them and the person I talked to says. Well, why didn't you call us back when nobody talked to you? In 48 hours he had all kinds of excuses. But I would never go back there again. And I will not recommend them to anybody

Efficient and friendly. Helped me select just the right carpet for my needs and concerns about long term ware. Came out, verified measurements and installed the following week. Installers were professional and cleaned up.

If you're thinking about getting your floors done, you should get these folks to do it!! From the moment we walked into the showroom, Cheyenne greeted us , it was a great experience from that moment on. After showing us around and letting us pick a few samples she worked diligently to get our estimate set up. Tommy came out and immediately we felt like this was going to be one of those great experiences. After getting all the formalities (contract) we were called AHEAD of schedule to have our floors installed. Leo and his team showed up and went to work. His experience and expertise was obvious as soon as we saw him laying out the planks to get the patterns "just right". Our floors look amazing and that wasn't by accident.
I'd like to thank the whole crew for a wonderful experience !!! I wish I could post photos.

We had a very large flooring project at our Outreach office that included removal of tile, vinyl, rubber, and carpet flooring. Mike and his team worked with us to find the best products for our needs and pricing within our budget.

The installers were on time, worked very efficiently and kept the interruption to the work environment to a minimum. They also cleaned up through-out the process and at the end of every work day.

The end result is amazing! We highly recommend Best Flooring of Citrus.

Please beware of this flooring company they are crooked and can not be trusted. I paid for the job to be done in advance (April'23) there were changes made to the job but the flooring was all paid, Cheyenne called requested more money, although the job was paid. I asked for an invoice and she gave me the biggest runaround I've ever experienced, so I told her I'd pick the invoice up and if money was owed I'd pay. Went there 3 day later, and was treated so badly by the staff. The manager Kyle was INSISTING that I had to go in conference with him instead of insisting Cheyenne (his employee) give me the invoice she was asking $1900 more for the job I'd paid in full . Cheyenne's exact words to me whenI asked for the invoice was " I would give it to you but you're not going to like it ". And she never produced it and in the end Cheyenne, Kyle and Tommy made it difficult to do business with the store and they ended up charging me OVER $2000 what the actual cost. It was so unbelievable how I was treated and cheated by this place.
