I used Best Appliance Sales and Repair last year for repairs. This year I used them again to purchase a new Gas Range. I live south of Houston and was pleased with the service I received. The gentlemen who delivered my new Gas Range were very polite. Best of all I was given tips on how to take care of my range and everything was checked out before leaving me. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for quality service and products.

Great service. They came out and fixed my appliance, and made sure it was working before they left. They came out to fix my washer machine as it was off balance they added a spring to it.
I recommend this company to anyone who needs a appliance fixed. They also had great customer service.

Great experience with Best Appliance Repair. I spoke with Michael on the phone about a Samsung gas stove that was not heating. He was very clear with expectations and timing of the service. They quoted me a price over the phone and it was the same price after the repair. Herman and Michael talked me through what the issue was and how they planned to fix it. They completed the repair in less than 30 minutes and my oven was working again. Highly recommend their services!

I Purchased a black refrigerator from Best Appliances; they delivered and set it up the same day. After set up, Herman informed me he FORGOT the water filter/fittings, and he will return to insert them at no charge; it’s now two weeks, no water filters/fittings, and no Herman he’s PAID IN FULL! No worries; best luck with business.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Beware before give this company any money. On June 30, 2023 they came to my home to replace two parts . The total for parts and labor was over 650.00. On July 5, 2023 they replaced the ice maker. The ice maker has made about 20 cubes of ice and it stop working. It’s a month later July 31, they still haven’t received the second part. They can’t tell me when the part will be in but when they were requesting my 500.00 they needed to order the parts , the part would be soon, in a few days. They could have went to a vendor locally just to make a customer happy. I looked up the part on EBay. The part is only $20-30. This makes no sense . I will never use them again. Customer service a phone call goes a long way.

I called them about 4 weeks ago, told them my refrigerator is not cooling so they sent out a technician with 39 years of experience? He told me I needed a new compressor and the cost would be $1160. He said I needed to give a down payment and it had to be cash because their credit card machine was not working, so I gave them $1000 down payment. The technician told me he would have the part in a week and would come install it then. After two weeks, I tried to call him but he wouldn’t return my phone call and I had to keep calling. Not very professional. Finally after 4 weeks he came out and installed the new compressor just to tell me there’s something else wrong with the refrigerator. I told him to fix it but he told me he didn’t have time and was very rude. I will never do business with him again I hope I can protect Other customers from using this company. Best Appliance & AC Repair should not do business, they are dishonest.
