I bought a sectional from here and they have been awesome the whole way. I believe her name is Amanda and she was an amazing sales lady, I will always go to here for any of my next furniture purchases. They let me take home the selection of fabrics so I could see what color worked best. They, walked me through the custom order, the warranty, and the delivery. When my house wasn’t finished being built they held my couch until I was ready. They delivered and assembled my couch. The delivery guys were awesome! Upon needing a cushion replaced they came out looked at the couch placed my order for the cushions and then came back out and replaced my cushions no hassle. For the next buyer the down throw pillows are so nice but the feathers are so pokey ouch ouch. All in all amazing service <3

The lady that helped us was nice at first then she sent us out to the used things saying that the doors are open to the building next to them that they can help us when we got there the doors were locked and no one was there she sent us out in the cold.
Reply to her not knowing: she did know and so did like 2 other people because she asked all you guys sitting in the office chairs, everyone said yes, it's open

The people were super helpful and friendly. However, I am really unhappy with the Lazyboy recliners. I bought 2 Lazyboy recliners for $1,600 and the backs had broken down after a couple of months. Got replacement backs and those were broken down in a couple of months. These recliners didn't last me 2 years. Im looking to replace them now completely. If you need your back supported and want your furniture to last, discuss the breakdown of materials with your sales person. I wish I would have.

Wonderful! I just made my second purchase from Benfatti furniture and again, an awesome experience. The customer service is excellent! Amanda was amazing, such a great personality. I've also worked with Lyndell who is also wonderful! You can tell they care about their customers. The prices are good for the quality you get, but when you add in the service, delivery and haul away, it can't be beat. Delivery drivers were great too. I won't buy furniture anywhere else!

So very good to hear from zjim today, unfortunately he hung up on me. So adultI purchased 2 queen sized Kingsdowd pillows and expected 2 of the same size. I received 1 firm and 1 soft. I returned to benfatt's to seek correction. I received 1 medium and 1 soft. Employee introduced as manager informed me "this was best could do. Refused any solutionI requested. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY
