These guys are top notch! What a find! We purchased a washer for our rental home, since it didn't come with a working washer. We have driven by this place a bunch of times, but never had a the need until now. This is truly the place to go for a refurbished appliance that is in excellent working order. I own some rental properties and one of our wahers 'bit the dust.' Due to Covid-19, it was difficult to find a washing machine in stock at any of the local appliance stores, so we opted for refurbished equipment as to not interrupt our tenant's comfort.

The owner was wonderful to us. He helped us choose a washing machine that he refurbished and showed us the differences in the older, more stable suspension systems as opposed to the new suspension systems on the tubs. He gave us a good price, too and a 4 month warranty. Bella Appliances is a family owned business and they appear to be honest, upfront, and reliable. Delivery is reasonable and they haul away your old appliances at no charge. If you're on a budget, this is a great place to find clean, like new appliances at a very reasonable price.

It’s been 7 weeks since they delivered a refrigerator to my home the first time. It died a day later. Almost 2 weeks later they finally come to fix it. Lasts 3 day before it doesn’t work. A week later they finally pick up the faulty fridge and drop off a loner fridge till the faulty one can be fixed. The delivery guy of the loner fridge scratched up multiple walls removing the fridge and even put a hole in one wall. Also bent the copper line that goes to the ice maker. I personally pulled the fridge out to fix the copper line to find a puddle of water under the fridge where the line was leaking everywhere. Was promised all the home damage would be fixed on their dime and appropriate work fridge delivered the following Monday. Now it’s Wednesday and no call. Super nice people and reassuring to your face. But don’t let the snake fool you.

Lucy texted me pictures right away and even sent a tech over to confirm the washer would fit. The company is extremely professional, prompt, courteous and reliable!
