It was just a waste of my time to visit the store. The Associate tried to belittle us and was merely passing comments during our interaction. We started to inquire about products and pricing trying to understand the model and the associate was more interested in saying that we need to do our math to get the accurate prices.
I’d rather visit other store than visiting this and definitely would not be recommending it to anyone. Needless to say that we took our business elsewhere. With this service, I am wondering how people are buying stuff from them!

Update:
I have updated our review to 4 stars from 1. We were able to go select another bed for our daughter. The sales person went out of her way to make sure the bed arrived way quicker than estimated. It arrived even before the estimate of our original bunk beds ordered in July. They blame the long wait time for the previous bed on the manufacturer and claim they have a history of unreliability for delivery dates. My advice is to ask about the delivery history of the company the furniture is made by and ask for a realistic expectation on delivery date. Don’t just take the 6-8 week standard reply as valid.

The lack of communication about the back order status of my daughter’s full/twin bunk bed is ridiculous. We were never told when we ordered at the beginning of July that it would take 11 weeks (the original Oct 13 arrival date) when we ordered the bed. We had to find out by reaching back out to our sales person after it had been 6 weeks. Now once the delivery date passed I had to reach back out to them again only to be told it will be 6 more weeks. Had we been informed from the beginning it would be back ordered we never would have bought this particular bed. A little communication goes a long way and it seems like they cannot be bothered once they get your money.

This is the worse customer service experience we have ever had. I will never shop there again.

I worked with a couple salespeople at Belfort. All were pleasant and professional, but Kimberley Shane went above and beyond to help me in pulling together a number of pieces. When items were delivered, the unusual bed frame couldn’t fit up the stairs. Kimberley and the experienced and service-oriented delivery team worked in tandem to offer some different solutions. I’m pleased with my interactions with the team at Belfort, and the products I purchased for our family’s home.

We bought a few rooms of furniture. We had one of their designers, Toni, help us out. She was excellent, and helped us pick pieces that we love and work for us. The communication from our sales person was not great. I had to ask for an invoice with the list of pieces we ordered and had to follow up several times on the status. I would have expected the sales person to be more proactive and commutative.

What really stood out was his patience and willingness to walk us through different options, ensuring that we were completely satisfied with our choices. Gil provides us with the material samples of the fabrics as well. Gil's expertise and customer-focused approach made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. We wanted to have the room in 3 weeks since we had a party at home, and Gil followed closely with all the people responsible for the shipment to have the order arrive on time. We are thrilled with how our dining room turned out, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Gil's guidance.

We highly recommend Gil to anyone looking to furnish their home—you won’t be disappointed!

We placed order for two bedrooms with Belfort and were told that they will be delivered within 6-8 weeks. The store never made any attempts to keep the customer updated on what is going on with the order. Only after calling several times, I was informed that the new tentative delivery date is now 15 weeks out from the order date. Calling customer service was disastrous in itself. First was passed from one rep to another and the rep who spoke with me threw the vendor under the bus - there is a lot of transition happening at the vendor therefore they cannot deadline. There is no accountability from Belfort or even an effort to be proactive to inform the customer about the delay. Extremely bad experience.

We recently lost our house to a fire and had the daunting task of replacing all of our furniture. When we initially visited Belfort Furniture we were overwhelmed with all of the choices for so many rooms but Gil suggested we work with a designer. We met with Toni Salazar who was nothing short of amazing. We provided her room dimensions and a brief description of our tastes and she met with us two weeks later with a presentation. Our tastes tend to be more traditional but Toni coaxed us out of our comfort zone and offered some wonderful suggestions that really worked for us. She helped us with color choices and even provided some feedback on paint selections that brought the rooms together. The furniture delivered was staged by Belfort's professional delivery staff who were very accomodating and careful during the move process. The customer pickup location is staffed by wonderful customer service professionals who helped us load the few additional pieces we picked up. Toni followed up with a visit to ensure everything was staged correctly and we were happy with the final product. In the end we have a stunning home with beautiful, comfortable and thoughtfully chosen furniture. Toni is amazing and Belfort was the right choice for us! We have been Belfort customers for over 20 years and will continue to be for many more. We highly recommend them!

We had a specific idea of our ideal sofa. We went to several stores - we always left not really satisfied with what we found or with the customer service we encountered. This was not the case with Belfort. We were greeted upon entry. We were asked what brought us in and if we needed any assistance with the search or the layout of the store. We found exactly what we wanted. The sales staff was great. The delivery quick and professional. We will be back as we need more furniture and accessories
