Bekins in Forest Hills has a phenomenal selection of LG Front Loader washers and dryers. It is the only place I found that has EVERYTHING I wanted already in stock and ready to deliver in the next couple of weeks. Many variations of sizes and colors, and the pedestal drawers are in stock as well. The pedestal 1 cubic washing machine drawer was also in stock , so I bought that as well so I can be doing my large load and then my hand wash delicate load all at the same time. Customer service was phenomenal, from Ethan the salesman who helped me pick out the exact machine, to the women at the front who greeted me and help me at the end with the check out process. Ten out of ten experience! I’ll be back for an oven.

Our experience with Bekins was top notch from start to finish. From the time we entered the Grand Rapids showroom, until Andrew and Kyle were done with our installations, we were treated with utmost respect. Erika, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful with the questions we had about picking out our new kitchen appliances. If she did not know an answer, she took the time to find the answer. She was very professional, as well as friendly. We also learned from Erika that Bekins services all of the appliances they sell, except GE. When it came time to schedule our installations, Andrea was also very helpful. She worked to get the date and time that was best for us. When the scheduled time came, two days later, Andrew and Kyle could not have been more friendly, helpful, and respectful of our home. They also took the time to explain our new appliances, and how they differed from the ones they were replacing.

In our shopping process we also discovered Bekins pricing is not that much, if any, different from the big box stores. That alone was worth shopping at Bekins. All in all, our shopping experience was amazing, from start to finish. The folks at Bekins are just nice people.

Next, Bill K. helped us choose the right washer and dryer, keeping in mind the stock availability and how long I had been without a dryer. His knowledge of each brand was impressive and made for an informed and easy buying decision. HIs followup post purchase also helps ensure we will buy from him again. Lastly, the delivery and installation experience was also 5-star. Tyler and Jon delivered in the snow and arctic blast with a friendly, positive and professional manner.
