Went above and beyond - Julie is an absolute star - due to complicated reasons I needed a mattress fast on top.of this found out night before thanksgiving - she managed my order and worked on thanksgiving to ensure I had my mattress by Friday because.of her and her need to.make customer happy !

Delivery team was awesome.as well.

On time with notification ahead of time and helped troubleshoot an older adjustable.base that I did not purchase from.them and had knowledge of product and let me know what I needed regarding product

I often find myself saying that customer service is not like how it used to be but thank you to bedroom express and Julie A pleasant surprise that companies.like this still exist

I recently purchased a couch from Bedroom Express. The quality is absolutely excellent. The delivery was perfect and handled with great care. More importantly, when I realized that the legs I chose were too tall, Julie (co-owner) went out of her way to get me new legs. Additionally, so that it would be done properly, she had her delivery team come back to my house and bring it back to their shop to replace the legs, ensuring that they would be done properly. Her helpful and friendly team then returned the couch to my home...all for no charge. I would not buy another piece of furniture without first checking with them. Top flight service and really nice quality.

After a long day unsuccessfully searching for a new couch, I was lucky to stop in to this store and work with Julie. She is so knowledgeable and patient. She really helped me get exactly what I wanted. Her level of service is so far beyond what other stores offer. I am so excited to get my new couch and ottoman! I can’t recommend this store enough. Prices are very reasonable, even for custom pieces if that’s what you need.

Excellent service from bedroom express in San Bruno. I usually hate going into furniture stores as the staff usually hassle/pressure you. The staff here were so nice - not pushy at all and answered all our questions and gave great advice. Mattress we chose was in stock and delivered within an hour! Best experience ever. Thank you.

Can highly recommend the folks at Bedroom Express. Prices definitely competitive and know the materials that they sell. Delivery spot on time wise and respectful of the allotment. Definitely give them a shot.
