Honestly, I was a little nervous about going into this shop because I did see a couple negative reviews, but I can tell you that my experience was nothing but great! When I first walked in, I spoke with an elder couple who was shopping around, and they told me they had been working with Becker for some 20 years at this point, and about all the great experiences they had. The lady I spoke to in the shop was very prompt and took care of everything I needed. The washer/dryer were delivered during the window of time as promised, the delivery guys were super friendly and courteous, they tested everything out to ensure proper function, and left everything in great condition. I’ve only had the washer and dryer for about a week now, but so far, It’s been nothing but a great experience!

Great spot for used appliances. A tad pricey for what you get but have helpful and friendly staff. The saleswoman down to the delivery guys. Professional and did a great job delivering, setting up, and removing the old ones. I've purchased a washer and dryer along with a fridge because I was so happy with my first experience.

I had an absolute horrific experience at Lowe’s was completely screwed over by the delivery drivers as they pulled up in front of my place, and then directly backed out, never even got out of their cars and then lied that I requested a different delivery time, so in a haste I got in my car, and I drove down to Beckers, I have to tell you what an amazing experience, I was in an absolute fit of rage when I showed up on their front door, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you for listening to my woes and hearing my story and taking such great care of me! I got an absolute top-notch washer and dryer which was exactly what I was looking for, was delivered with the most friendly and professional service I’ve ever experienced. I will forever be your customer!

I've bought all of my appliances from Becker for 25 years. They are easy to work with, and I've never had any issues or needed to make make a warranty claim. John and Roy made a tricky delivery job with basment stairs and narrow doors look easy. First rate business. I'd highly recommend them.

Great long time Denver business. Save money while keeping junk out of the landfill. My last washer/dryer was a refurbished one from the nineties. It lasted 22 years in my home. Now I’ve got a “New” one from the twenty first century. It works great. They make sure everything they sell will work well.

We are a small property management company and have been using Becker for about 3 years. The customer service from Michelle and Brandy is outstanding! They are always there to help us when we have an emergency with an appliance that needs replaced or needs a repair ASAP.
