Muy mal servicio al cliente...
Compré un serrucho stihl y venía mal desde que lo compre, fui para ver si me cubría la garantía y primero si, luego que no, que no lo supimos usar bien... Tenemos más de 15 años en el servicio de árboles, muy mala experiencia, no se los recomiendo muy groseros

My grandfather went to this shop and was very disappointed in the customer service. There was a lady there and the first thing she tells my grandfather that there would be a 30 dollar dollar service which is a given, but then she says it’d be 85 dollars in parts or more and we can’t touch the weedwacker fir 5 days. The only thing that was wrong with the weedwacker was the throtle cable. The quality of service is excellent, but the customer service is very poor. I hope you can fix this.

My first experience was terrible there a few years ago with a Honda power unit
Convinced to go back for some sthil parts they definitely helped out.

I took my power washer in because it wouldn’t start and was told it would be a week before they could get to it. Four days later they called to let me know it was ready. I got it and it started right up. I’ll be sure and take any other small engines that need repairs there. I think the service was great.

Took my almost dead lawnmower in expecting to most likely hear that I would have to buy a new one BUT that wasn’t the case! At a super fair price they made all the necessary repairs and even cleaned the mower! I loved that upon walking in, I felt like family. That’s rarely the way businesses are ran these days. Highly recommended!

Called around about getting a chain sharpened. Not only were they very friendly on the phone, they proved to be even more helpful in person. Ended up getting a second chain and some tools during he stop due to their great prices.
Topped off their excellent customer service by turning around the sharpening in half the time quoted.
Highly recommend these guys, I’ll be back for anything I need that they carry.

Took my mower in to have them fix the lifts on the wheels and replace the air filter. Charged me 30 dollars to leave it and said it would go toward the end fee. Week went by and I went to check on it the wheel lifts were not broken like I thought but they said they had to order a part which had to be the air filter. Another week went by and I was told that I could pick it up. The fee was 51 dollars and I asked if the 30 dollars I paid up front was going towards that and she said no. Said they changed the oil because it was dirty and I didn’t ask them to do that!! Long story short I paid a total of 81dollars and some change just for an oil change and a air filter. What a ripoff!! I’ll never deal with them again!!
