I went there as soon as they were open. Attendant didn't spray auto ( even though I purchased the best wash) got to the end of wash and dryer roller malfunctioned. I spoke to the person in the office, who came out. Looked at my car and said " or looks Alright to me. This was at 0710 on 01/28/2025. I'll use auto spa from now own for both of my vehicles ?. P. S. Notice all the companies answers to negative reviews ?. They are never in the wrong smh.

I didn't like the wash I got today. Try to go through again and was denied by one of the employees. I'm a unlimited membership purchaser over a year now. Never had problems before today. Unhappy with the right side of the car miss a lot spots.

From the time the Bear Express Car Wash opened, my family has used them. I've never had any complaints although most of the time we wash our cars at home.

Today on 10-4-2024 I visited this location approximately at 1230-100 for the first time. I always go to the elkton location due to its phenomenal service. Today I received the most unprofessional service from a worker named Eric that was directing the line. I was polite and calm with him the entire time but he consistently had an aggressive rude attitude.When I arrived the line was long to the point I was in line on the side of a busy street where I felt a bit unsafe. I happened to see a third line open that was short that could fit one more car. I was under the assumption that the other cars didn’t notice so they decided to stay in the lines they were in. By the time I came around I suddenly seen the yellow cones which was too late for me to avoid as I was going around which I will admit I was at fault at. My real issue is with Eric the way he handled this matter. He was very unprofessional aggressive and seemed very agitated that he even had to be there. Eric did not talk to me as if I was a customer more so as if I was his child. As I was attempting to back up Eric continues to yell and scream and even states to me “it’s not that hard” with an attitude. After I got back in line where I was originally waiting I could over hear Eric talking negative about me to another customer that was in line in front me. If you want to be treated with respect and have helpful customer service I suggest you go to a different car wash in the area. The way this matter was handled by Eric was unacceptable.

Was packed when I pulled in. Usually would wait but the car needed a bath. Their system works great. Was in and out in 15 min. Was expecting double that. Free vacuums have plenty of suck. Wish they had a deal for 2 vehicles where you can alternate weeks and wash every other week. I’d wash both more. We can all dream. My fav spot in the area

One of the nicest car wash staffs I've ever dealt with. The wash itself is good, but i do wish that the blowers were better at drying my car. I don't do the highest wash package, so i dont get the cloth spin dryer at the end, just the blower which is probably why.
