What a great experience at BC Interiors with Celeste - needed a desk chair for my daughter for remote learning and she helped us find an active swivel stool which my daughter so loves! So much better than an office chair for learning. Beautiful, and in perfect condition and we got this from their overstock / used section.

I highly recommend BC Interiors! My company recently did a complete remodel of our office space and opened a new office. Emily has been great to work with, she listens to our needs and works hard to find solutions that are functional, stylish and on budget. She has also been very quick to respond to questions and provide quotes. We have purchased items that are both new and used and could not be happier with the result!

I walked in to the BC Interiors building and was greeted promptly. I was simply looking to furnish my small home office with used and new furniture, but was quite impressed that the staff treated me as if I was just as important as a large client. I was shown used options and was able to discuss design ideas. We were presented with a design layout of possible options within our office dimensions. It was quite helpful to see the layout on paper. We purchased a used table and ordered several new pieces to create the look we wanted. The service at all levels was fantastic and reliable.

Emily Matthews was super helpful when I needed to buy a desk. She helped me figure out what size of desk I need and what type was going to work best for my office and work style. I was beyond impressed with BC interior and Emily when I needed to pick out a chair. They have a TON of different chairs. They even allow you to take the chair to demo for a few days to make sure it is the right fit. Love the products I received and how easy it was to figure out what I need.

I contracted with BC Interiors to move my office and I was absolutely thrilled with their work. They were exactly on time; gracious and good listeners; knowledgeable about all aspects of moving; creative problem solvers; speedy; and my Ficus tree made it into it's new home in perfect condition. Also, the price was extremely reasonable, especially given a side trip to a storage locker. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'd give them 6 stars if it were allowed!

Our medical facility has been using BCinteriors to purchase office furniture, especially chairs, for the past five years. I've always been impressed with their selection of high quality office chairs, but the reason we keep coming back to BCinteriors is the customer service. Our rep, Celeste, is incredibly attentive during the buying process and equally responsive when we have any questions or concerns after delivery. In the middle of last year (2020), we purchased six HON chairs. One of them squeaked a tiny bit when sitting down, so I emailed Celeste about it. She came to pick up the chair, brought it to the warehouse, and it was fixed. No muss, no fuss. Just an expeditious solution. I'd highly recommend BCinteriors to any business who wants a positive customer experience.

At the beginning of the year, I transitioned into a field sales position based out of my home office, for which I needed a desk. I reached out to Terri at BC Interior’s to see if they had a residential offering, which they did to my surprise. She let me know they stocked the adjustable height base’s and I could order a top in a couple different sizes, one being the 72in desktop. She invited me to the showroom where I could see several desk’s they had set up and look at all the color options available. Terri patiently options waited while I went through several different color configurations, until I narrowed it down to a grey base with a white top. The desk arrived and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it looks in the room I am turning into my office. The delivery and install team were also wonderful. Steve and his team took great care getting the desk up the stairs and making sure nothing was damaged. I would recommend BC Interiors to anyone shopping for a desk and enjoy the experience of picking out your desk and getting exactly what you want.

While setting out to furnish a new building just recently purchased we had the good fortune to run across BC Interiors. Their product was exceptional, their pricing was extremely competitive but most importantly their customer service was impeccable! Both Dan and Celeste were wonderful at explaining our available options and the benefits of one versus another. As is evident by a company that has a 5 star Google review, this company cares about its customers. If you're in the market for furniture, do yourself a favor and make this your first stop!
