We needed a replacement part for our sliding glass doors from B&B Italia that was worn out after 25y of constant use. The service experience was outstanding. Allister Fong contacted the factory in Italy and they sent the part free of charge to our home in the Bay Area. During the process - which was surprisingly quick - Allister kept us informed regularly. It was nothing short of amazing! Recommend the quality, customer service of B&B Italia, and Allister highly!

Arkitektura is awful. They do not know their own merchandise and made critical errors throughout the order process. The result was that the pair of tables I received are very different from what I saw in store and the photos on their website. What I received look like clunky fakes! I paid $3800 including $850 white glove installation and, instead, a truck driver dumped two huge filthy stapled-shut boxes at my front door containing the wrong items. Arkitektura then ghosted me about the white glove installation and so I paid my team another $850 out-of-pocket to do the install. My team opened the boxes and we discovered the ugly, incorrect tables. No wonder Arkitektura dumped the stapled boxes on my front steps.. these aren't even the correct items. Arkitektura dodged my calls about the incorrect tables and then emailed and offered me $365 compensation and claimed the tables are the same as the photos and what I saw in store.. they are absolutely not! They also refused to reimburse my team for the install which they were supposed to do. When I asked them to exchange for the tables I actually saw in store or refund me so I can order elsewhere they ghosted me again. I checked with another store which sells the exact same tables I ordered with Arkitektura and they agreed that Arkitektura sent me the wrong items. How can Arkitektura mess up a simple order for two side tables so badly? On top of this, I waited 6 months to receive the wrong items and then Arkitektura contacted me to "deliver early" by a few weeks, which was impossible for me, and then tried to charge me $150 to "store" the items until the previously-agreed on delivery date which they set. So I'm out $4,650 at this point and have to start my order over with a different store. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

No appointment needs during pandemic time, but should call them to open the door once you’re here. The number will display on door, just follow the instructions.
Their furniture is amazing, no doubt, the best quality and best design. Their service is kind of 1v1, nice, kind and warm.
