I originally walked in knowing I wanted a Toyota but did not know which model. Otis was knowledgeable and able to walk me through my options. Absolutely zero upselling which I appreciated. I’d recommend working with him.

The overall atmosphere of the dealership was relaxed. Manager Mike Wang was helpful as well. Finance department made it easy.

Our sales person was Dylan and he was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He stayed in touch with us to let us know that the vehicle we were interested in was on the lot and set up an appointment to test drive it. Dylan was very courteous and professional. He is a great asset to your sales team. He followed up with us after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. We also worked with Josh and he was outstanding! Wow! We just had THE best car buying experience ever with Asadrian Hudson at Bayside Toyota. He was polite, professional, resourceful, quick to respond to us for our various questions and requests... and also fun to work with (we had some laughs along the way)! We did not feel pressured or rushed, which we greatly appreciated. Joe Rea, the finance manager we worked with, made us feel at ease, without heavy sales upsell pressure, to get us the service contract/warranty plan that fit us best. We have walked away from a purchase in the past at a different dealership, making us lose confidence in the vehicle we were buying to begin with, due to high pressure sales for a warranty. If we needed it THAT bad, we figured it was not worth owning THAT vehicle. We are very appreciative of Bayside Toyota and would most definitely do business with them again. Thank you!
