Payman and his team are top-notch. This is our second time using them after they remodeled our kitchen.
This time we remodeled our old dilapidated garage into a functioning garage and office space. We had to save the integrity of the original building while adding new foundation, new doors and windows, new electrical and restoring the rest. Everything looks and works great. They also finished two weeks early. Our backyard has never looked better. Thanks!

Bay Area Design and Construction did an amazing job remodeling our house – for once, I actually enjoyed working with a contractor. The job was big - four bathrooms, kitchen, two fireplaces in family and living rooms, floors, tons of plumbing and electrical, all paint and just about everything else.

To me, what sets Bay Area Design and Construction apart is quality of work – their guys are not just contractors – the are true craftsman! The quality of tile and stonework, carpentry, floors, paint and everything else was impeccable – everyone who saw what they had done mentioned that’s the best job anyone ever saw – just look at the pictures!

What I especially liked about Payman (the owner) is that he honestly wanted to do the right thing and make us happy. As with any large project, we had hiccups – we changed our minds here and there, some things needed tweaking, scheduling was difficult to manage because of the COVID and supply chain – Payman and the team handled that with utmost professionalism and ease. I would absolutely use them again!

We recently completed a home remodel project with Bay Area Design and Construction and were very happy with both the work they did and the service they provided! We replaced our windows, flooring, kitchen counter, and front door; removed pocket doors; and painted both the interior and exterior, among a few other updates. Payman and his team were great to work with. He provided us with the information and contacts we needed for sourcing the finished materials, which was a big help. I appreciated our periodic meetings with Payman, where we reviewed the progress and discussed the plan for the upcoming week. The team managed to finish our project early, which was amazing. Payman and his crew take extra care to do things right. Even after our project was completed, Payman and Dario quickly addressed a few small issues we noticed. We would work with Payman again for any future projects we may have.
