I am very pleased with the renovation that BathMasters did of my master bath and kitchen. It was very easy to work with their staff, from designing the projects and selecting the products with Chad, being kept abreast of the deadlines and progress by Jamie, to the actual work coordinated by Ernesto and his technicians. They were very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had and completed the projects in a reasonable time and professional manner. My bride and I had been seeking a contractor to just show up to give us an estimate for our bathroom redo. From the first visit to Bathmasters until our job was completed, we have been completely amazed! Grant walked us through the process, LISTENED TO US , helped select fixtures and was honest in discussing options and recommendations. The process of having everything under one roof was new to us and we were a bit wary. IT WORKS! Their team concept (ours was led by a super star, Tyler) is something to behold. Everyone involved was courteous, professional and actually fun to have in our home. Their timeline is obviously well thought out. They were spot on. We cannot be happier with the bathroom remodel in our primary bedroom! BathMasters did everything they said they would and kept us on the timeframe we prepared for. From the initial consultation with Grant and then the meeting at the showroom with he and Judy, they helped us find what we wanted for our new shower, floor and vanity along with all of the fixtures. It looks amazing! Every person that entered our home was professional, courteous and respectful throughout the whole process. The demo and prep team- Darrien, Jordan and Chris, as well as the plumber and electrician were wonderful. Josh did an amazing job tiling the shower and floor! We love it! Brandon did the drywall and Mason and Randy worked so hard to get us finished. It is beautiful! Matt and Neil as project supervisors were here almost every day and always when a new phase was initiated. They kept great communication with us on a group chat and answered all questions promptly and patiently. We truly appreciate their oversight and making sure all was going as planned. We highly recommend BathMasters to anyone wanting a beautiful bath remodel and we would hire them again to do our main bathroom when are ready. Thank you all for your commitment to our project and making sure all was done to our expectations.

I just had a second bathroom fully renovated by BathMasters and I must say that I am thrilled with the way both bathrooms turned out. Russell was wonderful in helping me with the design of both bathrooms as well as assisting me with making the choice of finishes. Tyler and his team were the nicest, most professional and respectful group I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were always prompt to start work each day, took great pride in the quality of their work and they cleaned up meticulously every day before leaving. I was always kept apprised of what to expect each day and they completed everything right on schedule. I fully recommend BathMasters for their A-1 service and quality products.
