As a professional in the business industry and a mother, I found myself in a difficult situation where I needed to find a dresser for my 5-year-old son's bedroom. Despite my years of experience as an executive in the furniture industry, I decided to visit a low-budget furniture store in Lake Elsinore to support the local community. This was a new experience for me as I had never paid much attention to this store or any other in the area before. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I met a young man at the store who helped me find the perfect dresser for my son's room. We engaged in a conversation about the furniture industry, discussing topics such as market trends and the Carolina Furniture markets. I made the purchase, including delivery, and was assured that the dresser would be delivered before the end of the business day. Unfortunately, I received a call informing me that the dresser had been severely damaged during transportation and it would take a few days to replace it. This was disappointing as I had rushed to buy the dresser, assuming it would arrive as expected. In the end, I decided to return the dresser. Upon returning to the store, the young gentleman kindly processed my refund. However, there was an older Hispanic gentleman present who displayed rude behavior. It seemed as though he had prejudged me based on my race and appearance, showing little regard for my situation. He even asked for the receipt, despite the fact that his colleague had already acknowledged my recent purchase. This man went as far as following me out to my Tesla as if he thought that I was going to run off. Wow! This incident left me feeling disheartened and frustrated. I firmly believe that such establishments should not be supported, and I urge others to avoid them as well. I will make certain that I share this experience in this town that I am very well known.

We had been to all the local big name furniture stores - and then found this family owned business. Purchased a very nice, high quality sectional (Ashley Millenium collection) at an affordable price. Service was excellent. Furniture was delivered on time as promised without any issues. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! After a long week of moving and unpacking the last thing I wanted to do was shop for a bed. However a friend of mine recommended this place and it was well worth it to stop by. From the moment we entered the shop we were greeted. There was an enormous selection in store not to mention the ability to order from catalog. The staff was so helpful And friendly. I couldn’t imagine shopping anywhere else for furniture. They have it all and they deliver. Can’t beat that.

A Total Disregard for Customer Service and Fair Business Practices

I regret to say that my experience with Barrons Furniture Company has been nothing short of a nightmare. The level of service I received was not only poor, but their business practices were also alarmingly questionable.

Despite being a small business, Barrons has shown an absolute disregard for the principles of customer service. I made an attempt to cancel my order before its delivery, a request that should have been straightforward and simple. However, Barrons adamantly refused, falsely claiming my order was "custom-made" when it was clearly not.

What's worse is their complete lack of transparency and ethical business practices. It was conveniently omitted at the time of purchase that all sales are final. This critical piece of information was withheld until I attempted to cancel my order. This intentional lack of disclosure is not only deceptive but also a betrayal of trust to the customer.

I cannot express strongly enough the level of disappointment I have experienced dealing with Barrons Furniture. A company that disregards its customers' rights and misleads them is one that does not deserve patronage. It's deeply concerning that a business, especially a small one that should value its customer base, can operate in such an underhanded manner.

Potential customers, I warn you to steer clear of Barrons Furniture Company. They have demonstrated a shocking lack of integrity and a complete disregard for fair and transparent business practices. Don't be fooled by their offerings; their inability to uphold basic customer service standards is a red flag that should not be ignored.

This isn’t a large furniture store but they have decent furniture and you can order from their catalog. The prices are great and so is the customer service. They were very helpful and this business is worth patronizing.

Nicest people ever!!! We have always bought our furniture here, because they are honest. Driving home with a playhouse in the back of our truck, started coming loose, and he came out and helped us tie it down!! Seriously, nice to see such happy people these days. 🙂

I bought my whole bedroom set. And a fireplace Tv stand this 2023. After a month of purchasing this furniture, the pain starting peeling off I don’t RECOMMEND this store at all!!!
