I was looking for a beginner banjo and the good folks at Banjo.com helped me zero in on a Deering Goodtime 2. I've been very pleased with the banjo and with the service I have received from Barry and his staff. I'm in Texas dealing with them remotely and I always appreciate them getting back to me when I have questions and the quick shipping when I place an order. Good people to deal with!

Great customer service, and good quality products!

I ordered a banjo a month ago for my boyfriend's birthday, and still hadn't gotten it yet. So I emailed, and got a response the next day from Barry saying they no longer carry the one I had ordered. To make up for it, they sent me a better quality on for the same price I ordered the original for. Very pleased!

Great customer service! These folks have an excellent product selection and sell items that you can't get anywhere else.

UPS even shipped my package to the wrong location and Barry sat on the phone with UPS while I was on the line until the issue was resolved.

I ordered a Deering Goodtime and received in goodtime! Pardon the pun! The tuner was querky and the included strap in the package wouldn't attach to the banjo without alteration. I emailed Barry and he took care of everything! Great customer service.
