West Palm Beach Ballard Designs shop is superb to work with - all associates helpful, especially Judy Penny who provides wonderful design advice and excellent customer service. Judy is responsive, provides outreach on order details, even if it is news of a delayed shipment, and goes the extra mile for her customers - including making a product delivery to me herself. Great shop to work with whether ordering custom upholstered furniture, tables, rugs, lighting or even smaller decorative goods.

Sol has been amazing to work with. She came to my home for a consultation and had really good suggestions and ideas. She wasn't high pressure either and is very easygoing. Ballard has great quality furniture, rugs, accessories and more. I love everything that I got and am so excited with my new family room. I highly recommend the South Dixie Highway store in West Palm Beach and especially Sol. Their showroom is gorgeous and everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous store and lovely staff. Kelly was such a pleasure to speak with and provided the perfect amount of attentiveness even though I let her know I was still in the “gathering ideas” phase for my home. I cannot recommend Sol and Ballard Designs in WPB enough!!!! I am having the best experience working with Sol! She is helping me transform several rooms in my home and I am loving all of her wonderful ideas! I love the showroom too! Their amazing software program helped me see in advance exactly what my rooms were going to look like! I also appreciate the constant communication and updates on my deliveries!

The store in West Palm Beach is wonderful and the designer we worked with, Sol, was professional and fantastic! She helped us find the right prints and helped us lay these 8 prints out on a large blank wall- virtually and professionally !!!

This store may be smaller in size than most of the area furniture stores, but it is with ideas for improving decor. We worked with Billy, who totally re-designed our dining area with the Siena dining table in white. We feel so fortunate to have met and consulted with him. There is no sales pressure involved at Ballards .We felt free to roam and ask questions when we needed to, with no one following us around. We did not buy matching chairs, but wood/fabric ones instead, and the effect is fabulous! Thank you to Billy for all of his suggestions, and to Ballards for making our dining room change so easy, affordable, comfortable, and inviting!

AVOID at all costs!!! They will take your order and charge you money and then not deliver items. Over a month waiting for a chair to be delivered. No one knows what is going on. Incompetent. Even manager JC cannot figure anything out.
