Loved the bed that posed in the pictures. Some great pieces to decorate your house. Price but good quality.

I placed an order for a custom headboard back in July and it was delayed 4 times and they didn’t let me know until the day the bed was supposed to ship! I finally had to cancel the order due to constant delay after delay. They didn’t try to do anything to make it right and just blamed the “vendor”. If you’re having that many issues, why would you not find another vendor to take care of your customers? A lot of the reviews on the custom products complain of delay and I should’ve listened.

Pretty Store- but the Staff pretty much ignores you, and if and when they do decide to acknowledge you, it seems like a burden for them. Even after purchasing a roomful of furniture & decor, the follow up communication with my “Designer” was lacking & limited. The prices are not in sync with the quality of their merchandise-which is overpriced and not exactly top quality.

We visited about a week ago just to browse and were welcomed by many friendly faces, particularly someone named after a cool planet—you rock! They were incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and fun. We loved the decor—gorgeous fabrics and well-chosen furniture and accessories. We'll definitely be back! Stay awesome!

Always stopped at Ballard Designs when in Tampa. ALWAYS great help with design. Designers amazingly helpful. While in Tampa visited new store location. No longer in the International Mall. Service terrible. People just drinking coffee. Did nor even ask if they could help us. Not thee displays that were in previous store. Wanted to look a lampshade color. I was extremely disappointed in the new facility. Very downgraded from previous location. Not worth the visit.

Great experience ! Daughter in town and building a house in Mi. We connected in Ballard with a decorator to help with lighting and furniture. What a great feature to have in store!

I thought sales people were hired to sell furniture to walk in customers. Three sales people in the store last weekend. Nobody bothered acknowledging us and we were in the store for a good 10 - 12 minutes. Looking to furnish another waterfront home and a little tired of the Sarasota coastal look. We thought Ballard would be a great source to furnish the fam room, 3 BR, 2 entrance areas and a home office but it’s not. Left with someone finally speaking to us by just telling us to have a nice day! Sadly disappointed. Two stars because I do love many of their pieces.

I came here with my mother right after visiting Crate & Barrel (where we had excellent service). My mother has just moved here and is buying all new furniture: Headboard, night stands, chest of drawers, dining table and chairs as well as living room furniture. So not a small sale. We had such a bizarre experience at the new Ballard store in Tampa. There were at least 4 sales people and only one other customer in the store. Not one person acknowledged us or even said "hello, may I help you." We just wandered around looking at things for about 10 minutes and still, not one worker said hello. We sat in two chairs to test them and as soon as we got up, a worker rushed to fluff the pillows and straighten the chairs. She was very worried they were not perfectly fluffed but she didn't acknowledge us. So, we left and will take our business to Crate & Barrel which has beautiful streamlined designs and much much much more helpful staff.
