Love the prices people are helpful decent selection. The only reason I did not give a five stars is because you have to drive across town. They tell you it’s like a five minute drive but if you take the wrong road or miss your turn, it’s one-way traffic and it’s not easy to get to their warehouse, all the furniture was right there pick up. It is what it is. Gotta say I’m happy with the furniture. I purchased again great price decent furniture. I did buy a chair at Bailey’s $200 cheaper than Bailey’s clearance was selling it for.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Baileys. The only reason I'm giving a 1-star rating is because we love our sectional, but everything else about the buying experience was awful. Brad was pushy to make the sale, but once the purchase was made, the communication and customer service disappeared. When I inquired about my order, I was told to call the store directly. They didn't have corner pieces in stock and had to order one, giving us a 2-month timeframe. After 2 months, I had to reach out to check the status, and was then informed of another 2-month delay. When the sectional finally arrived, I asked if they could deliver it for free for the inconvenience. I was told to call customer service to ask about free delivery and that it's better to come from the customer then salesman. I will never use Baileys again and will spend more money for better customer service at Sadlers. I highly recommend avoiding Baileys and Brad due to their poor communication, customer service and pure laziness.

Very disappointed in Baileys repair service. Hired them to repair my sofa at my home and when they were done only half my reclining sofa worked. Nothing was said to inform me that the sofa was broke, or that gats steps I could take to fix the broken piece, they just covered it up hoping I would not notice until after they left. Now they want to charge me more money to come out fix it this time because they said I didn’t tell them it was broke. If I knew it was broke, I would have said something, I’m not familiar with the workings of furniture that’s why I hired them to fix and reassemble the sofa for me. They took advantage of that ignorance and took my my money. Very minimal literacy in n their approach to dealing with people, if you don’t spell it out for them look out.

I bought a couch from Ashley (Ashley's is owned by Bailey's) about 12 years ago and swore I would never buy from them again. Unfortunately, I did not follow my own advice and in December, I bought a bedroom set for my daughter and the nightstand was going to take 2 weeks to arrive from Fairbanks. After about 6 weeks, I called the store only to find out they listed the item on my invoice as delivered. After working to get that straightened out, I went to go pick up the item. The only two nightstands they had left had chips and cracks. I was told that one would be sent for repair and they have not contacted me since. Don't go there, they will rip you off every time.

After only a couple weeks of buying our brand new king bed frame, the main support broke. We called the store and they said a repairman would be in touch with us, and then he never called. That’s Absolutely outrageous for the marked up
prices we paid even with their “sale”. And to top it off, the delivery guys didn’t even assemble it completely. They said the left side piece was “for a queen size”, told us to call the store & they left their trash! Turns out they’re not the brightest , My husband was able to finish assembly on his own, no problem! Looks like we’re gunna have to reinforce this flimsy scrap wood “support” beam on our own too!

Horrible dishonest people who do not care about their customers. We bought a sectional couch a few weeks ago, the movers “put” our couch “together” and we thought it looked great. Until we actually sat on it, the whole couch came apart. Come to realize the movers didn’t actually put the couch together they just placed it on our carpet. I called them demanding to come back so the movers could come out the couch together like they should’ve the first time and to our surprise, they couldn’t put our couch together. We called Baileys and they said it was because of our carpet! Excuse me? We have a carpet that every single American household has. Bailey obviously knows they screwed up and lied. If this couch didn’t work on a REGULAR carpet they should’ve put a sign on the couch saying “THIS COUCH DOESN’T WORK ON REGULAR CARPET THAT EVERY SINGLE HOUSE IN AMERICA HAS”. Baileys refused to refund our money knowing they did not tell us this couch was dysfunctional. It is their fault this couch doesn’t work and will not refund our money. We are now in the middle of a lawsuit with them to demand our money back. Do not buy from this company, they are liars and do not care about their customers!
