Pésima decisión comprar en este lugar, el agente muy amable , pero el pedido tardó más de dos semanas de la fecha acordada, ademas los del delivery ni siquiera tomaron mi opinión donde quería poner los muebles y no solo eso golpearon la pieza ofrecieron un descuento q nunca me llegó 👎

I bought the sectional, the picture and the rug exactly like Badcock had it on their floor display! I’m going to add decorative pillows. Beautiful and extremely comfortable. I used scotguard on it prior to anyone sitting on it, I also use *light thro blankets. It’s extremely comfortable. WARNING- it’s BIG! I had to make one piece a chair which worked out beautifully. Just make sure you have the space OR redesign it like I did. Absolutely amazing set up. I received soooo many compliments.

I purchased a recliner from Delroy the other day. What a nice guy he is. My wife who recently passed away have been buying from this location for a long time. I will be going back soon to buy a mattress. I hope Delroy is still there. Very kfriendly and a professional. Today 1/15/25 I called to see if my recliner was in. Delroy was off and the person who answered the phone would not help me that I would have to wait till tomorrow. Very poor customer service and I will tell Delroy about it. I am very angry. This person did not even give me his name. I should have asked for the manager.

I visit the Lake Park store and Ms.Shay was helping me. She was very courteous and kind and everything. Everything was great until delivery. The delivery guys damaged my laundry doors, I contacted customer service they are no help. I still have damage doors and they telling me that the delivery guys didn’t report it and actually do they think the delivery guys are going to report they did damage to someone’s home. I’m very upset and unsatisfied with a delivery.
