Truly awesome buying experience! No high pressure salespeople, only there to help in whatever way they can. My first time buying from Badcock, and I feel good about my purchase. I bought a new coffee table although I was going to make my existing one work but when Sheila showed me this one you had I knew I had to have it. Thanks for the great buying experience and your suggestions helped a lot. Can't wait for my delivery in a week. Financing was easy and fast as well. Not bad on the prices either! Thanks Badcock! Sure hope this furniture lasts like my last one did!

Badcock offers very down home service. The owner is local and treats all his customers like family. Can be a little pricey with some items. But they deliver and take your old furniture and appliances with them. I do all my shopping here. Great prices on TV's and fridges.

To the owner of Badcock Chattahochee, FL, please make it clear that if the front lady said that the furniture will be delivered on a certain time, make sure that that is accurate . We have waited and waited and I told the lady that no one will be at home at a certain hour in the afternoon. We hope that the drivers know their schedule delivery so there is no delays with the delivery. Will be very upsetting if the furniture is not delivered on the said date.

I purchased a bedroom set from this location in April. It’s August and my dresser drawer is broken. I was told a week ago my dresser would be picked up, fixed and returned THE NEXT DAY! The lady at the front desk said she wrote it down but the “fill in” person (whom I spoke with yesterday) from their Quincy location said it was nothing written down! Joanna told me “the guys came to your house and no one answered” BIGGEST LIE EVER! It’s tacky to have my things on the floor til the problem is fixed!

My “new dresser” was delivered by one person AFTER 8pm lastnight (August 21, 2019)The guy drug the old dresser out the door LITERALLY and came back with the “new dresser” the new one is scratched up and the guy put some type of marker over scratches which made me even more upset. My mirror is now chipped and it looks tacky! I wanted to purchase the complete bedroom set but I want no dealings with this company! For a manager to say “ we’ll replace it so we can just get this out our hairs” was very unprofessional! Not to mention how the worker texted me like we knew each other calling me “Ms.Lady” I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION NOR COMPANY IF THEY STAND BEHIND THIS FOOLISHNESS.

Never got more unfriendly, unprofessional service anywhere else. The sales girl had no one else in the store, but she had the worst attitude. I will never go back in that in Chattahoochee Badcock to buy anything.
