I have had Back to New Heating & Cooling come to my home here in the Villages on several occasions over the past several years for a variety of events including periodic maintenance and trouble shooting when things where not working they way they should. On each occasion I have been 110% pleased with the quality of work and care demonstrated with my system. Especially noted is Rob who has presented himself on each occasion and has reinforced my view of the work and quality of service. He is courteous, thorough and knowledgeable about my system. I have never been disappointed with the quality of his work and appreciate him and the service he provides. Would I use the service again----YES; would I want Rob to do the service--YES, YES. Keep up the good work!!

We had them come out for the yearly inspection. They guy said that the duct work was leaking and had come untaped. They wanted to charge us $400 dollars if they were to fix it that day. If we wanted to wait it would be $900. The unit is only two years old. My husband knew right away that something seemed off. We told the company that we weren't worried because our AC was working perfectly. We had a family friend come out to take a look at it and to tape up the duct work if it needed it done. The family friend climbed up to our attic and come to find out our duct work was perfect. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. This company was going to collect our 900 dollars just to sit in our attic for an hour and do nothing. We will never use this company again.

Avoid this Busniess at all costs! They can’t even perform preventative maintenance without screwing up the unit. Or, maybe that’s their general practice... break something that was working fine and charge you again to fix it. After our horrible experience I contacted the County and was told that this owner used to operate under a different name- but changed it after so many complaints. Don’t throw your money away. Hire a reputable business.

I too would give a negative number if available. They told us we needed a UV light and it has done nothing. Had to have another company come out a clean our unit again. This new company said we didn't need a UV light that it was dirt not mold and UV is for mold not dirt. Boy did we get taken!! Scam artist this company is.

If I could put negative numbers here I would. Sold and installed a 3 ton unit removed a 4 ton, caused over 40k worth of damage to home and property. Completely incompetent and crooked. Owner Mike Powell, is as crooked as they come. Unit failed inspection and had to sue company. Hired a new company to install the correct sized unit properly.

This company messed up my a/c and charged me for it and would not repair the fault or reimburse me. I reported them to the BBB and they then tried to blame me and they are still advertising themselves as A+ on the BBB site but they have had their accreditation withdrawn, Avoid them like the plague as their customer service is non existant.
Cannot give no stars otherwise I would have posted that score.

Their driver Rob S. Bumped into my car on Friday and it cost $1072.79 to fix and they haven't returned my call their receptionist said the owner is sick please be patient and it's Wednesday afternoon. What kind of company is this?

DO NOT buy from this company. Will always try to tell you something is wrong with something. Got me on a few. Also if you schedule anything they do not care. They come when they want & cancel if you complain..Valerie👎👎👎
